Wow, this place is awesome. From the minute I walk in, I knew this is a place that cares about their patients. Taylor and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. X-ray tech Kamila was incredible and put me at ease and Dental Assistant Tee was very good. Dr. Vincent and Dr. Luis are so caring and thorough. Bonus: the price is very competitive! This place is awesome.

I was disappointed with the Houma office on my first visit. They seemed more interested in getting you signed into a contract for lots of dental work than they were about fixing the problem you went in there for in the first place. I left without getting my tooth fixed and was scheduled for an appointment a week later. I have no complaints about the work that was performed
the work was great! I did have problems contacting the office. I could never get through to anyone when I called. Also be careful about signing the contract. They require a fairly large deposit too.😟

Aspen Dental of Houma has come a long way since I first began having work done there a few years ago. Dr. Louis is excellent and very knowledgeable. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hygienist hurt more than the dental work I had done. She gave me 6 injections to make me numb for a root planing and I feel like she must not do this very often. I barely felt the injections from the doctor for a filling, but the injections for a cleaning by the hygienist felt much more painful than they should have been. Also my gums developed sores after the cleaning. She did do an excellent job cleaning my teeth though, and it is possible my experience will not be the experience of others.

I was looking for a low cost of no cost at all dental because I have dental problems and I've typed in but I was looking for and it sent me to Aspen the first one on the list come to find out they do not take my insurance I still have the tooth in my mouth that is bothering me and it was trying to build me 5,000 I am no way ever going to go there and get work done on my mouth needed what I recommend it to anyone else it was a big ripple trying to get me to get along to pay 5,000 for work that's my general I'm out yet so yeah I'll keep it as that I'll be looking for the assistance no need asking for anything

If I can give a 0 I would. Scheduled appts for my kids, received emails with the appt info only to arrive on this Saturday for the “scheduled appt” and front desk says they close at 1 and they don’t have appts scheduled for my kids. Mind you google states they close at 3pm on Saturdays(on their door it states Saturdays-by appointments only) Even showed them the confirmation emails, but they was somehow able to see the future appt their dad scheduled for himself at the same time the kids appts were scheduled. Then to top it off front desk says they don’t see kids only 13 and up. Never will schedule here again.

I sent you patient, I love the doctor and his attention to the details of my problem. The only hassle I had was the long wait. This is the only drawback. But, when it comes to the way they treat you personally there is really no arguing with Aspen dental.

My appointment yesterday was perfect! Everyone is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional.

Idk where to start but this has been the worst experience and most immature staff I've ever experienced, there's a reason they put these reviews last because there's plenty of them. This business proves this is America, where all fraudulent play goes...
