It's kind of hard to rate you really. I broke down and cried because we thought we finally found a place to do my husbands dentures after such a hard time of year we had fighting his stage 4 cancer. But when the call center of Aspen said they take Medicare People's Secured Health Dena Dental insurance we were so excited that I broke and cried. I even said what City and State we were in. We went all the way there to be told they did not take the insurance after they took the xray. He became very depressed. I think if some Aspen offices takes it they all should. Ot was just a big let down.

The entrance was ok. The need for antibiotics prior to any procedure is usually two weeks. I was given a week of penicillin. I still have the problem after completing one week. So now, much needed proceedure must be postponed until the problem is all clear.

First they rescheduled my appointment for a day that their "hygienist would be in". Then had me wait in the waiting room for 2 hours just to tell me their "hygienist wasn't in" that day either and they want to reschedule?

Aspen dental in Houma Louisiana charged me almost $4,000 to pull two teeth and do one feeling I had partial dentures that I never received they tell you when they run your credit it's a soft inquiry it's not it's a hard inquiry that cost me about 100 points on my credit score they're trying to sue me for 1400 more dollars for product I never received do not recommend them to anyone such a scam

Prices are somewhat high. The biggest issue I seen is the 24% interest on financing. To charge people who are struggling to get affordable service it’s a long term stealing from the poor specially during a world wide pandemic
