At South Shore Dentistry, I’m not just another number. From the time I walked into the office I could tell this place was different; I was greeted immediately and my care was personalized to meet my specific oral health needs. I was seen on time, my appointment wasn’t rushed, and my hygienist explained each step in detail so I knew what to expect as the exam went on. After my exam, it was clear that I needed to have a great deal of work done. I voiced my financial concerns to my hygienist and she took it upon herself to set me up to complete the work in 3 separate visits. I’ve never had a dental receptionist, let alone a hygienist work with me one-on-one to ensure that I get the proper dental care while making it easier on my budget. It’s so refreshing to have finally found a family practice in the Boston area that genuinely cares about it's patient’s well-being. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Went for the first time today. Having high anxiety about dentist, Dr Burt and his staff were calming and reassuring. Margolis was very understanding of my anxiety. Together we worked out a plan to take care of my dental needs. I look forward to my future visits with Dr Burt and his staff. I left feeling less worrisome about the work needing to be done

A great experience! The staff was very professional, the technology they use to clean teeth is up to date, and their facility is clean and attractive. Jenna specifically worked on my teeth. She was very professional, kept me informed on what she was doing, and paid careful attention to ensure I was comfortable the entire time!

My wife and I have been going to South Shore Dentistry since we moved to Weymouth about 5 years ago. It’s a fantastic dental practice. The Hygenists, Dr Burt and Dr D. are extremely knowledgable and make us feel comfortable. The receptionists are friendly as well and always make scheduling and understanding your charges a breeze. While my wife and I are soon moving out of Weymouth, we are certainly going to continue to be patients at South Shore Dentistry.

I was assaulted as a late teen by a dentist and was very scared to return. The staff have made me comfortable every visit. They have made sure there were no men in the office when I was there, worked on me in an enclosed room rather than one with a half wall and more. The dentist today actually tip- toed into the room. They are compassionate and my teeth are healthy.
