I went in to see dr Burt today for an emergency root canal. I called at 8 am and got an appointment for 9:30. This being my first root canal I was a little apprehensive since I have heard they are painful. I experienced no pain at all and actually took a nice little nap during the procedure. It has been 12 hours since I left the office and still have no discomfort at all. Dr Burt, Haley his assistant and both receptionists were very nice and professional. I highly recommend dr Burt and his staff.

Excellent as always. My measure of service is not taken when things are going right but when things are going wrong. I have worked with Dr. Burt for over 10 years. In that time I have had a few occasions where I was not the easiest of cases, but at all times he and his staff seamlessly show the highest level of professionalism and courtesy I have ever received.

SCAMERS and DISHONEST I was told that my insurance was within the network to received a simple cleaning. They gave me a reasonable quote so I had my cleaning done. Two weeks later I got a bill in the mail for OVER $300. They called me to resolve the bill and told me the dentist would call me and they never did.I feel totally scammed. It’s not right to do this to a military family.
