I've never been one to be comfortable at the dentist but today was probably the best dental experiences I've had! Dr Skjei and Candy, my hygenist, were so nice and friendly and made me almost forget i was at the dentist. My daughter had another hygenist and she told me she also really liked her. Highly recommend their office!

Lake Plaza Dental is an awesome place! Aside from it being a welcoming, fun and updated office area, every bit of the dental office has the latest technology. Other than the GREAT people who work there, I love that I can get a permanent crown in one visit! They have the ability to make their crowns and bridges in-house, so "just say no, to temporary crowns"! :) Our family looks forward to visiting the dentist for our regular cleanings!

Such a great place! Everyone is so happy and friendly. Lets you know everything that is going on and what they are doing. Explains what the will he doing for future visits. I have not been to a dentist for a very long time and was so very nervous! They couldn’t of made me feel more relaxed and were so caring! Can’t wait to go back!! Thankyou!!

The clinical staff were all very professional, well-spoken and knowledgeable of their profession The clerical staff were equally as professional, detailed oriented and friendly. Educating patients seemed to be their main focus. I appreciated Dr Pachuta’s approach on balancing my concerns vs his observations.... it was not a “hard sale” clinic at all. The office is absolutely beautiful. Their adaptation to Covid-19 precautions seemed very appropriate. I felt like i was walking into a very clean environment....no clutter, nothing unnecessary within the operatories, appropriate use of barriers, every item had a place. The equipment appeared to be top of the line.
I am looking forward to my return visit to learn more about Invisalign for myself and my son. I am not being paid for this review, I just feel that when you experience something legitimately good, you should share it.

First time visit was great. I told them my issues and they focused on that. I hated going to the dentist and then didn’t go for awhile because I was sick of being told I didn’t do this or that good enough. Today there wasn’t a single negative comment to me!

My experiences have been AWESOME! I have a deathly fear of going to dentist due to bad past experiences over the years. Needless to say my mouth was a mess. I called Lake Dental because of the reviews and I'm elated that I did!! The entire staff are non-judging, compassionate and beyond personable. They didn't lecture and laid out a plan that made sense and talked to me as an adult human! Three appointments in and not one a one of them bad, painful or even uncomfortable. Even my healing has been a non-event which is not what I expected, shows they are doing it right. Dr. Skjei has been great and keeps me informed. I'm so happy I ignored my inner fears and visited this office. My mouth is improving and my smile brightens after each appointment. Thank you Lake Dental and Dr. Skjei!!

I am just home from having two crowns put in and am amazed at how little discomfort there was throughout the process. Everything was done in one visit - no need to go back to have the "real" crowns put in. Fantastic!
