The team at West Lakes Dentistry is awesome! From my initial phone call to schedule my first appointment to the appointment itself everything was so personable. My dental hygenist was friendly and nice. Best of all, she was gentle on my teeth and gums during the check-up, always making sure I was comfortable. The whole experience was great and I'm looking forward to going back!!

The entire staff at West Lakes Dentistry is nothing short of excellent. I have a huge phobia when it comes to going to the dentist, but everyone there is extremely friendly and will do whatever they can to help you feel relaxed.
My dentist, Dr. Hastings, is very thorough when explaining things to me and answering any questions I have. One of her priorities is making sure I'm comfortable and am doing ok, which I absolutely appreciate. She's also very compassionate - never once making me feel embarrassed or ashamed for the disaster that I call my teeth!
I'm so happy I found West Lakes Dentistry - I highly recommend them!!

I am a 65 year old woman who has had numerous experiences with dentists over the years and I can honestly say that I have never had such a positive experience than the one I had at West Lakes Dentistry. From the moment I walked into this new, professional office I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Any fear that I have had towards dentists was completely dispelled by Dr. Stephanie Miner. Dr. Miner is sensitive to the needs of the patient, providing skilled and efficient care that gave me confidence that I was receiving excellent treatment. My appointment was a positive experience and I am relieved that I finally found a dentist that I don't dread going to every time I require dental work.

Taylor and Dr. Hastings were very kind and explained what they were doing and seeing the entire time and made sure I knew what I was doing well and where I needed some additional work. I am 51 years old so have had a lot of experiences with dentist. I have been here twice now both with broken teeth. Those are the only two times I have ever had dentistry work done and NO PAIN and this all done without an overdoes of Novocain.
The whole staff was very professional and respectful. I never felt pressured or lectured and that has never happened in a dentist office before ether.
For these reasons I highly recommend West Lakes Dentistry.

I did not have a long wait and my providers were in a good mood, even at the end of the day. Their explanations were thorough and easy to comprehend. The building was well decorated and clean.
