Well trained Staff. Well trained Doctors. Staff and Doctors communicate very well together. They’re all wired together so each person knows what other is doing all the way up to the front desk. Their work process is all geared toward the patient. They have invested in top shelf technology and materials. nice clean environment and a very pleasant experience.

Very welcoming environment, especially for a dental office! The place was exceptionally clean and very up-to-date with the latest technology for x-rays. With a click of the mouse they can show you your x-rays on a good-sized flatscreen. My daughter was in previously that day and had something going on. I asked the hygienist about it and with a click of the mouse, there were her x-rays and she showed me what was going on. All staff there act as if they genuinely care about your experience and dental care. A very rare combination of qualities from my experience with dentists.

My 3 children were seen earlier this afternoon by Liz and Mackenzie and they took the time to answer all of my questions, and gave good instructions to my kids about proper hygiene, brushing and flossing~what a great team!! My kids are excited for their next visit in 6 months! Thanks West Lakes Dentistry!

The staff at West Lakes Dentistry really understand and exhibit caring for the whole person not just your dental needs. They thoroughly explain each procedure they will perform and work to meet individual needs. When you leave you feel valued and at ease.

Having a phobia of dentists, as many people do, this was, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had!

The staff is kind & caring! They took time to answer any questions I had and really made me feel relaxed. The over the chair TV is an added perk! Thanks again to everyone! 😊

Round two was beyond INCREDIBLE! Dr. Hastings made absolutely sure I had no pain. A very wonderful & caring professional! I’m already able to enjoy dinner with my wife less than 12hrs after the procedure. Can’t wait till the next round! YEA Team Westlakes! Thank You! 🤗

Another Awesome Appointment! (AAA RATED)!
I thought this round might be a lot more difficult, but once again, the team at Westlakes made it a cakewalk! They’re so focused on ZERO PAIN to the patient. I’ve never been as relaxed in a dentist chair as I am in their care!

One step closer to a real smile again! Can’t wait to see the end result! Painful end (or should I say, lack there of), is basically over! Way to go team Westlakes! Perfect score! Going to the Super Bowl of dental work with a zero loss record!!!!!!!!

I just recently had my 4 year old in to get her first cavity filled, and a broken front tooth pulled. She was quite nervous the days leading up to it. We left for the dentist with a few stuffed animals for moral support. I cannot say enough, how amazing Dr. Minor and her assistant were with my daughter! They explained everything to her with words she knew and understood, and they treated her with such happiness and gentle care. I am over the moon excited that she won't have a scary thought in her head when thinking of the Dentist, as so many do, they are unmatched in my opinion with customer care and service, and I would recommend them to anyone at any age!!!

Haven't been to the dentist for a long time? That's where I was a few years ago. That's when I found West Lakes Dentistry. They will not make you feel bad, they won't lecture - they probably realize you already know.
West Lakes goes above and beyond for your comfort. TVs on the ceiling, earphones available. No big light in your eyes, comfortable chairs, some even have heat!
I hated the dentist, I can no longer say that, sure, I'd rather be on the boat on an 85 degree day, but they will make you comfortable.

Always a very timely office, we never have to wait long for our appointments. My entire family is very happy with the treatment and service we have received. I am happy to have a dentist office so close to home that also does great work!

West lake dentistry is the best dental care you can find. I highly recommend them for all your dental needs. I had experience with other money hungry dental places where they will recommend tons of unnecessary treatments.

However, this place is a delight with fantastic staff( Curstie – Sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong ) and the best and honest doctors, especially Dr. Amy Boeckermann. She is not only super skilled in her profession but totally honest. She will let you know that you DO NOT need a treatment even if you think you do. And yes, she is very personable and always have a big smile on her face.
And yes, the hygienist Taylor and Melissa are fantastic. Taylor will make your teeth like brand new and will also remember the conversation you had with her an year ago :)

Extraordinarily competent and professional staff and practitioners. State of the art technology. Routine maintenance that seems over before it starts, thanks to your choice of cable channels displayed in high resolution on the ceiling TV. Icing on the cake? It’s all free if you have the right Medicare Advantage plan.

Ok, maybe not free if you consider that the Advantage plan is $107 per month, but I would keep going here even if I had to pay full retail-they’re worth it.
