I was in today for a cleaning. it was as smooth as Thanksgiving pie. Liz does a great job. The front desk is warm and friendly and everything runs exceedingly well. there is calm in the air and professionalism is evident all over.

I called at 10 AM to see if I could get my son in to see someone in the near future. It was an urgent situation but not an emergency, and the phone staff was so helpful in getting us in by noon the same day! It was my son's very first dental visit and he, unfortunately, had some issues that already needed to be taken care of. It could have been a very scary situation for him, at 3. Instead, the staff was so friendly, gentle, patient and kind; and my son was not scared, in the least. We will definitely be switching the whole family's dental care over to West Lakes Dentistry from our old provider.

Staffs and the dentist are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Facility is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a dentist. Free invisalign digital scans and consult as well! Excited to get the results and plan.

Excellent dental group. They have a very good plan for uninsured patients. I can remember the exact amount but I believe it's around $250/year for x-rays and two cleanings and examinations plus 15% off all other services.
I went initially because of a broken tooth. They put in a temporary and a week or so later put in a cap. No problems with the cap and they do pay attention to your comfort while they do their procedures.
I also like the fact that they do the old fashion cleaning and polishing and not just the "sonic" cleaning that many dentists do.
I will continue to use them as my primary dentist.

I agree with the other posts here... The dentist is a pain in the tooth but I really enjoy coming to this office. The atmosphere is light and the staff are very friendly. They get the job done and done right!

I changed dentists because a coworker suggested I see Dr. Philp. I am very happy for his recommendation. My former dentist's office had become a part of a large corporation and had lost it's identity. The equipment was dated and the atmosphere was lacking. Everything at West Lakes is top-notch, the people and the equipment.

I had a procedure that I was not expecting to be pleasent. From the time I walked in to the time I left I felt totally at ease. I had a consult with Dr. Hubbard who explained my options and i beleive truly gave me the facts to help me make my decision. She explained the procedure and updated me as it progressed

I have a very healthy fear of the dentist. I had to replace 3 fillings that would’ve ruined my teeth (1 already broke my molar before I saw them). They were abosolutly amazing. I also had a tooth in the front bottom that stuck out like a knife and they shaved it down and it’s amazing. I love the squad they are amazing. I highly recommend west lakes!!!
