The staff at Prior Lake Dental make me feel so comfortable! I used to be scared of going to the dentist, as I’d had bad experiences with painful cleanings. The staff at PLD listen to my concerns and go the extra mile to be gentle, to help me relax, and to provide pain-free cleanings and procedures!
They also are wonderful with children!! My three year old was terrified at her first visit. The staff didn't push her, and valued her having a positive experience over anything else. Guess what....it worked!!! Now she’s eleven, and I’ve never had trouble with her not wanting to go to the dentist!! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Dr Sarles, Dr Puffer, Becca, and all the staff are at Prior Lake Dental!

Did Invisalign at Prior Lake Dental and my whole experience was as pleasant as can be! All staff was friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in the door until you moment you leave. Brought our 19 month old daughter and she had the best experience. The whole office was so nice to her! This was her first dental visit and no tears were shed. They even had Moana playing above the chair during the visit. She didn’t want to leave. Can’t recommend it enough!
