Prior Lake Dental

I've been going to Prior Lake Dental for 18 years. All the staff is amazing and caring!!!

Very nice and kind. Made me feel less anxious and felt welcomed.

I always have an amazing experience whenever I go here. Today I was going in for a mouth guard scan, the staff is attentive, explain everything, and there were no surprises. I seriously cannot recommend this dentist office enough!

I had the most impressive dental experience at Prior Lake Dental after chipping a tooth. The lobby is warm and inviting and so is Melinda, the Patient Care Coordinator, who enthusiastically greeted me, checked me in and graciously offered me a bottled water. Then I was cordially escorted by Barb, my Dental Hygenist, who took my blood pressure and got me prepped. Soon, Dr. Sarles arrived and calmly explained the procedure. His service was expertly done and in minutes my tooth looked like it had never been chipped! It feels perfect and it doesn’t interfere with my bite! I can’t believe it! I am thoroughly impressed by Dr. Sarles’ preciseness and appreciate his professional intention of making your dental experience a fantastic one!

I had my crowns put in today. I have severe anxiety at times. Dr. Puffer is the only dentist I will see even though it's a long drive for me. He puts my mind at ease and always has done an incredible job. I've seen him since I was a young child and choose to drive my children to see him as well. I've had to go to other dentists in the past and No One compares to Dr. Puffer and his staff who are also very aware of strange allergies as well. I never worry when I go there because they do the best job and truly care about you as a patient and a person.
Update 9/9/2021: I have moved another hour further away, but because Prior Lake Dental's Team . I will always be a patient. My crown broke and has been causing troubles, Dr. Sarles is so creative and fixed it until a permanent solution is made. I am so thankful for his care!! I have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome and I know I can count on them for the best care and quality.

Very caring and personable team here at Prior Lake Dental! So happy we've made this our dental home for our family for the last 15 years, so much trust in Dr. Sarles and the entire staff.

Gabby is positively the best hygienist in the world. She makes every visit a positive and beneficial experience. She takes all the time you need to catch up and make sure she's aware of anything you want to share or have her check up on. And I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sarles. I left my old dental practice after over twenty five years so I could follow him to his new office. And that took a lot because I was only a few minutes away from it, and now I'm traveling almost a half hour just because I believe he's worth it!!! Keep up the good work. Thanks for the excellent care.

I've been a customer for many years and really like the staff that included Dr. Puffer. Now Dr. Puffer is stepped back and Dr Steve has taken over.
In my opinion there couldn't be a more caring and genuine staff. Let me explain.
I went in about 8 months ago for my usual cleaning with Amy, she checked my blood pressure as she explained this was a new thing to do for them. She discovered I had high blood pressure that I didn't know about at the time. I got into see my Doctor and got it taken care of. In my mind Amy has been a life saver for me, who knows what could have happened. I am truly grateful for the service and care they give and everyone is fantastic to deal with. It is the people that make the difference in any business.
Gabby just did my cleaning today and explained the new technology tools they use and took x-rays to be sure I am
not having any unforseen issues.
Awesome doesn't even come close to describing who these people are or what kind of service they give. I don't think the proper word has been invented yet.
If your unhappy with your dentist or want to try someone new or just moved to the area do yourself a favor and try them.
You will feel the same way I do.

My son had an appointment with Gabby this morning.
Due to Covid restrictions I remained in car.
His appointment was only about 30 minutes which was awesome when your waiting in the car.
He came out extremely happy and raved about how nice everyone was and how comfortable they made him feel. A mom can’t ask for more then that!
I highly recommend Dr. Sarles and his wonderful staff!

I was really nervous going into the dentist, I’ve never liked going. The dentist I went to growing up was never gentle and never that nice. I didn’t want to go there so I google dentist in prior lake, and found Prior Lake Dental. Becca was my dentist and she was super kind and caring and numbed my gums so it didn’t hurt, and the main dentist Dr. Sarles was super cheerful and nice! It made my experience great and a bit easier! Thank you Prior Lake Dental! I’ll be back in September to see Becca again!
