Gabby was so inviting, insightful and efficient while Dr. Sarles was very relatable and educational as he walked me through x-rays and photos. I had an incredible experience at Prior Lake Dental. The office is beautiful and welcoming but much more importantly, I felt so welcomed and cared for. I saw Dr. Neitzke and she is clearly very competent and is gentle, patient and kind. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel so comfortable. My cleaning was quick and painless. Truly the best experience I’ve had at the dentist ever! Go see Dr. Neitzke!!!!
Update: I brought bringing my 2 year in for her first appointment and the staff were EXCELLENT. she was timid, and they let her touch all the tools, and put zero pressure on her whatsoever. They were so gentle and treated her so kindly. We had a super positive experience!!!!

I went in for a general cleaning per usual after a year. I was nervous to go in at first as I knew that I had gotten out of my routine and my teeth were not in the best state. They were very kind and open about it but not degrading. Also, I received x-rays that led to questions about getting my wisdom teeth out which was very informational and they gave me a direct time frame. Lastly, I enjoyed the amount of time for the appointment. I had work right after and I was nervous that I wasn’t going to make it but they were able to get me in and out in a productive amount of time. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am willing to go back even if it is to get my wisdom teeth out. Thank you so much Prior Lake Dental!

I just had my first appointment here after switching from Metro Dental. It was a great experience from start to finish. The initial call to schedule the appointment was quick and easy and they had availability within a few weeks. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and quick to help. The appointment started on time. Tracy, the hygienist, was great: friendly and gentle. Dr. Neitzke, the dentist, was great as well. They use a text message reminder system, so I already got my next appointment confirmation via text, which his helpful. All around a great experience. Thanks!

I called them in a panic when my tooth broke and my regular dentist was out of town. They got me in very quickly to be seen and got me a temp crown until my permanent one came in. Everyone was so nice and they made it a very easy experience all around. Will likely be switching the whole family over to them now.
