Excellent cleaning by Amy. She is professional, friendly and does a great job. Dr. Steve did a thorough exam. Nice that they keep up with changes in technology. I was sad when Dr. Puffer retired, but he chose his replacement well. k

Update. Just had my routine cleaning and check up. Gabby has been my hygenist a couple of years now. How many people love going to the dentist? I do. I previously had a pain free root canal. How many people can say that? Not being paid, just want people to get great care and not fear dental visits. Dr Sarles and staff are the best. Professional and all the up-to-date equipment. Keep Smiling 😃

Prior Lake Dental offers an amazing welcoming experience to all of its clientele. Melinda is always in a great mood and happy to see you, Gabby is an upbeat and amazing hygienist, and Dr. Sarels has a very calming nature while being remarkable at his practice.

Really terrific dentists and staff. These people are more than dentist and staff. They are caring and friendly. After my regular dentist of many years passed away, I tried more than one local dentist. I feel glad I found someone else I can have a long term relationship with now. Highly recommend.

I recently had my very first appointment with (cleaning and check-up) with Prior Lake Dental. Melinda was personable made the check-in process smooth, COVID-19 precautions and all. Amanda was my hygienist and did a fantastic job - on what I learned was her first day with this team! 😁. Dr. Sarles was also welcoming and answered my questions. Dental visits are not my favorite, so it was great to have such a positive experience with Prior Lake Dental. Thanks!

I had my first cleaning with this office today and I was extremely impressed! The dentist and staff were all very welcoming and knowledgeable. Everyone there went above and beyond to ensure my appointment went as smoothly as possible with some fun and laughs along the way! I felt completely at ease and well cared for by such a fun and professional staff! I highly recommend this office and will be making Prior Lake Dental my new dental home from now on!

After putting off my cleaning and check up for awhile, I decided I needed somewhere closer to home and Prior Lake Dental fit the bill perfectly. They were close, convenient and had excellent reviews. My previous dentist had said I had several cavities that needed to be filled so I was nervous about putting it off.

I was able to fill out my new patient information online, which was great by the way! I dislike sitting in the office filling out page after page of paperwork, so being able to fill it out ahead of time was very convenient.

I was seen quickly once I had arrived in the lobby (less than 5 minutes) and was taken over to get x-rays done because I was horribly overdue on them. Jamie was wonderful and made the relatively unpleasant job of taking the x-rays, not bad at all. It was cool to see my x-rays on the screen above the chair as they were taken.

Afterward, I was seen by Gabby for my cleaning where she walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable throughout a process that is not high on my list of enjoyable activities. She was fun and conversational which made the cleaning breeze by!

Then I was visited by Dr. Sarles, who walked me through every concern I had about my teeth and even pointed out several things that I had forgotten to bring up. He spent a good amount of time with me going over everything and to my surprise, reported that I did not have any cavities to be filled.

The whole Prior Lake Dental staff was great and proved to be more honest than other dentists I have visited! I would absolutely recommend using Prior Lake Dental for your dental needs.

Amazing experience at Prior Lake Dental. It was my first time coming in and getting my teeth cleaning. Amanda made me feel so comfortable and is an amazing Dental Hygienist! Dr. Sarles was great as well! This was the best experience I’ve had at a dental office. Will definitely be sticking to Prior Lake Dental!
