The staff was very relational and inviting. Tasha was my hygeniest, and she did an amazing job. Very patient with questions and she was friendly and encouraging. Then there is Dr. Sarles. Knowledgeable, relational, and you can tell that he really cares. Looking forward to my next visit!

Very personable staff and Dr. Sarles is the best. He truly listens To you if you are having an issue and he won’t stop until he fixes it. I had been going to my other dentist my entire life, and when Dr. Sarles took over when he retired it was the perfect dentist match for me. So of course when he made the move to Prior Lake Dental I followed him. I don’t mind the extra drive, it’s worth it

Top notch dental work!! Quick, quality and painless. Dr. Puffer has been my dentist for almost a decade, and never ceases to amaze me with his expertise and perfection of work. Dr. Sarles is a wonderful addition to the office and I am already impressed with his knowledge. The entire team is so warm and welcoming. They truly care about you and what is best for your health. They make you feel like family! I look forward to many more years with this amazing office :)

My first time for a routine appointment here. Am very pleased with the knowledge of staff and how comfortable they make the patient feel. The doctor is very knowledgeable, friendly and so is the staff, there is absolutely no uncomfortable pushy sales as I encountered at other places. Things have been very well explained, as a patient that’s good to understand. I am glad I found them and will keep coming here in future.

I had a wonderful time at the dentist! Dr. Steve is great and personable, the staff members were friendly and helpful. Melinda at the front was kind, Jamie made sure my x-rays were painless & that Netflix was on during my filling and Gabby had me laughing during my cleaning. This will be my new spot every 6 months!

Our family has been visiting Prior Lake Dental for years, and their service has always been top shelf. They will even will customize the cleaning routine, if you ask. I really do not enjoy the polishing step with the gritty goo that is left after the cleaning. When I asked them to skip this step, they dental hygienist kindly obliged.

First off right out of the gate I was nervous because it’s been 10 years since I’ve seen a dentist.. also new to my insurance and how it works. The lady on the phone was amazing( I wish I could remember her name). She helped so much it was effortless. Secondly, Dr. Sarles was amazing too he never made me feel bad about my teeth he just told me straight what needs to be done and how to keep my teeth clean moving on. I was so nervous coming in I had high blood pressure.. being on the chair I could have taken a nap that’s how smooth they were. I left there feeling great and with more confidence in my smile then ever before. I still have to go back to have more done but honestly I’m excited to go back get it done. I never thought in a million years I’d say that, or to leave such a long exciting review but here I am.
