PHENOMENAL!!! I am a stay at home mom, and have to bring my almost 3 year old everywhere. So imagine my worry when i have to take my impatient toddler thats getting her molars to an appointment. I didnt have to worry AT ALL. The staff made sure that i would have a stress free appointment and did everything to keep my child occupied. whether they had her walk with them to find something, or they kept her drawing, or gave her the butterflies that were hanging up front and much more. They kept conversations going with her and made her feel safe and kept her calm. They made my daughter feel so safe that she hugged each and every single one of them goodbye, and actually was sad to go. Thank you so much Aspen Dental for taking care of my first cavity ever with such ease, but for making my first dentist visit in a LONG time the most amazing and stress free one. I 100% would recommend Aspen to anybody. Every single person is sweet and so helpful.

My first visit there was a power failure. There was no emergency generator so I had to reschedule. I was told I needed a crown on a tooth that wasn't even bothering me. The crown came back clearly defective but got put in anyway. Then I had to come back and suffer sawing that off for a new one. All my work was financed, yet I keep getting urgent past due bill from Aspen. I called and three days later, no response. So I called back and later that day it was so called resolved. Then in a few weeks, another urgent bill I DO NOT owe. The staff was all friendly enough, but people dropped things on the floor at least 5 times, including my crown.i need my hygene, but I'm afraid to go there again.

I will not return to aspen dental .They are very un- professional. I had made an prior appointment and made my down payment. When i return for the services i we charged more money.they had it in writing what my bill were supposed to be but the lady who received my payment. .i were told no longer worked there. So i spoke with the office manager she were not any help on the situation she agreed for me to pay the full amount not the price that were in my file from prior visit. They have a high employee turn over.the new employee not aware of whats going on.the entire crew changes about ever 3 month from office staff to the dentist. I will not return for the poor service i received there.they will lie to get more money from you..enter at your own risk...I HAD PROBLEM FROM DAY ONE WITH THE MONEY SITUATION I PAYED OVER 6,000 TOTAL FOR DENTURES. THEY NEVER CONTACT ME ABOUT ANY BALANCES OWED I WERE NOTIFIED BY A DEBT COLLECTION I CALL ASPEN THEN I WERE TOLD MY INSURANCE DIDN'T COVER ALL THERE PART IM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BALANCE. THANKS FOR CONTACTING ME LOL .NOT THIS MY SECOND GO ROUND WITH THEM.THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY .YOU WILL OWE THEM MORE THAN THEY TELL U BEFORE THE SERVICE THEY HAVE A BEFORE AND AFTER SERVICE PRICE..RIP OFF ARTIST

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!! I have had a terrible experience with Aspen Dental in Flowood and hope none of my friends get sucked in. Phones are forwarded most of the time making it almost impossible to get in touch with the office. When I have a question and am promised a return phone call with an answer, I do not get that phone call. All started with a cleaning, then I needed fillings. I pay my part up front only to get another bill later. A female Dr. here walks into the room and is so busy trying to funnel patients in and out so she doesn't even introduce herself before sticking a needle in my mouth. Then that filling fails resulting in a root canal my insurance doesn't pay for. I go to a specialist for a root canal to then call back and schedule my crown with Aspen. I ask if the balance for the failed filling can be applied to the balance of my crown (most dentists will do this) and am told no. This leaves over $3000 out of pocket for a terrible experience. There are some good people that work here but as a whole not a good place to go. Stick with a family owned private practice !

Staff is very nice. Excellent job of showing you your teeth on a display as you sit is the dentist chair. Farrah just cleaned my teeth yesterday and did an excellent job!

Was told repeatedly that the initial money paid by my insurance company as well as the money I borrowed through them from Dental first would cover all my dentures and adjustments. I repeatedly asked if that was the case during the loan application process. I was repeatedly reassured it was. Then today I go on for what was suppose to be a melding for my final dentures. When all of a sudden they tell me I can't get molded for my dentures until I pay for fillings no one had mentioned before. Then in that discussion they throw in that my upper partial plate hasn't been paid for. This means they lied repeatedly to me. When I asked for a refund of of my money because I dont do business with people who lie to me, they refused. I will be filling a complaint with the BBB. and speaking with my lawyer about the money taken from me. I recommend that no one do business with them.

The worst experience ever with a dental practice! Waited 2 1/2 hours just to have a cleaning and consult and they still didn’t provide the initial service I needed..... oh and watch out for the $30 cancer screening scam! FYI! (They wear special glasses for that...) lol!
**** UPDATE **** - Went in this morning to get my X-rays - expecting at least 30 minutes due to experience yesterday and they didn’t disappoint... as I waited I watch 2 patients walk out. Amazing their even in business! These 4 and 5 star ratings have to be internal or friends/family

I had a very horrific experience with them and left both visits in great pain and tears. I was told that I needed a root canal and crowns on both tooth 28 & 29 after telling about some bad experiences with root canals they ensured me that this would be different and they could fix it so the temporary crowns would not come loose. So, I took their professional advice. Worst and most painful mistake that I ever made, I left that place in horrific pain and was in pain for a few days. When they had me to follow up concerning the pain, she wanted to go back in my mouth and I asked for another dentist. When he went in to examine my mouth and took x-rays, he discovered the reason for my pain was due to an abses and infection. Both tooth had to be extracted which left me in greater pain. Guess what I was charged for both procedures, plus the add on to my existing partial, which broke twice. I have truly lost all faith in Aspen Dental. My advice to anybody that will acquire services from this place is “DON’T”. Also if you are already a patient, please, please, check and double check your billing to make sure you are not paying for services not render. I’m in dispute with them over their confusing methods of billing right now. I am one that follows every details of services rendered and will not stop inquiring until refunds are submitted back to the proper financial services. They are some and I mean some smooth salesman. Their methods are very misleading which left me with a “bad taste “ in my mouth, so to speak. So, now I’m wondering if making a profit trumps patient care and honesty. I’m not going to name any of the particular dentists or staff because I really like them, it’s their methods that’s questionable.

I felt like I was in a dental school where they are just learning dentistry. The cap Dr Brownlee did feels like a blob sitting on top of my tooth. Steer clear of this place at all cost.
