My experience with Aspen Dental has been phenomenal. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Brown is truly a people person! We built a great rapport and the dental assistants joined in as well. Christian earns 5 stars along for providing my exceptional hygiene care. Aspen has definitely earned a new patient!!

I wish I could've given minus-25 stars! After 10 months of appointments whenever I could find a ride there, finally got my dentures. Upper one just broke off a tooth while eating a banana! And the dentures were the most expensive top-of-the-line!!! This place has been a horrible experience.

I had a 3:00 appointment and I called the receptionist as directed when I arrived, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for 45 minutes to acknowledge I was there. When someone finally recognized the fact I was there I finally got seen. My appointment was for a fitting for an upper denture and whatever they used while doing the impressions messed up my existing denture. This was my second appointment and it was really different than my first visit which was wonderful.

Save your time and find another dentist office this one is a joke I went just to get a tooth pulled I spent 2 1/2 hours in there all I got was X-rays and a consultation when I questioned when was my tooth gonna be pulled the little women said let me go check she came back and said they are gonna pull it tomorrow I had been in pain for 2 days and nights I told her I came to get it pulled that day I drove an hour there and got nothing again this place is a joke

In November 2021, I went to Aspen Dental for a check up and dental observation. After the examination I was told I needed a root canal and extractions. I had the procedure done later and was told I would have some pain medication called in for my discomfort. However, I kept checking with my pharmacist all weekend and never received my medication because it was not called in to the pharmacist on the same day of my procedure. I received it on the following Monday. I was disappointed with everyone there and misled medically and financially too. I feel hurt and disappointed over this situation and hope no one will be treated the same way.

The staff at Aspen Dental was very friendly and professional. They are there to help in any way they can. I received a cleaning today and it was the best I ever had. Thank you Aspen Dental

The entire staff is caring and everyone operate provides a very pleasant professional experience.

I made an apply for my mother who lives 1 hour away, two hours after making the appointment a A young lady called and said they needed to reschedule the appointment for earlier in the day which we were unable to and so she said it for 230 and we arrived at 2:30 to act like they didn’t even have any record of it so we told him we did have a record of it she said okay no one can come in but just my mom who’s 87 years old we explained to them that we will be accompanying her for her visit and they did not explain that that would be a problem it was a huge waste of time money and gas I totally do not recommend this place for anyone they are extremely unprofessional, and inconsiderate and did not have their act together I didn’t feel like dealing with them and leaving my mother in their care because of the unprofessionalism. Run and stay clear of this place. If I can give them zero stars I would that’s the only reason they got one.

My experience with Seymome was excellent, she did a great job doing all the X-Rays and making me feel comfortable and at home. Job Well done.

Dr Brown and her staff was extremely great. I left out knowing I was in good hands finally seeing my charges without the surprises and the extreme billing. Im looking forward to getting started on my plan🤗
