Aspen Dental

I made a 4:15 appt for a check up. Drive all the way out there and call to inform them I was outside and was informed they had me scheduled for 3:00. I have a text from them today confirming my appt was for 4:15. No offer of resolving the conflict that was clearly their error, not mine.

So the second time was a charm. I made an appt at another location. I got there early and they took me on in. Everyone from the beginning to the end was very nice and cordial. The dentist and hygienist were both very thorough and helpful in explaining my options.

The front of this office is terrible. They also try to get clients to set up further treatments . I needed one procedure and they had a future bill for over 4000.00. They don’t even do Root Canals. The Dentist was good and the assistant. They also would not prescribe proper pain meds. I’m 61 and never used drugs and the next day had severe pain, called and was basically told to bad. Won’t go back.

I called to see the dentist to have a tooth filled or extracted but neither happened. The dentist, medical staff and support personnel was very pleasant but the whole experience was overwhelming. Entirely to many
x-rays. After the evaluation, I left with my tooth in the same state the it was in upon arrival and an estimated bill for over $5,000.00 for dental work that needed to be done, and that fee did not include the bill for the recommended oral surgery.

Please go somewhere else. The doctors might be great, but their staff is very unprofessional. I had an appointment today and once I arrived, I was met at the door and was told they weren't taking appointments. The lady that answered the door took my number and went in the back and someone called my phone and informed me that my appointment had been canceled. My appointment was at 12. They had all morning to call or send a cancelation text. I received nothing. Then the lady on the phone asks if I had received a text notifying me of my appointment yesterday.. then she proceeds to say no. I am a new patient and I dont know anything about your organization. Just like I called and made the appointment, common sense would be if the organization needed to cancel it, they would call. So I told them not to worry about rescheduling, I would take my business somewhere that has customer service and can call and inform their patients when they need to cancel their appointment and not wait until they are outside the door. This was an hour drive to get here and be met with an attitude for their failure to notify me that the appointment had been canceled.

My experience with Aspen Dental was wonderful from the first time I walk through their doors. Their customer service is awesome and they make you feel welcome and they help you out with everything. They are very knowledgeable and thorough and I will recommend anyone to Aspen Dental and it felt like I have been a patient for years because that’s how they treated me...And my surgery went well and I just want to say thank you Aspen Dental!!!

The visit was quick and easy they could even do the wisdom tooth surgery the same day I just didn’t have the time

Good people and easy to relate to.

Everyone in the office is friendly and attentive. Each person you encounter from the front desk and on your way through the back office to the exam rooms will stop to greet you on your way. Each member of the team I have encountered so far is professional, thorough, considerate, and accommodating. The office is efficient and appointments are available immediately, which is convenient. I called for a minor emergency and was able to get in the very next day. The dentist also takes his time explaining the suggested course of treatment and will patiently answer all of your questions. No one is rushing you and no one is abrupt or inattentive. So far all i have had all positive experiences and I would definitely recommend this office. I could hear interactions between the staff and other regular patients and you can tell that they have a good rapport with them. It is obvious that everyone places value in establishing good relationships with the patients and in providing a comfortable environment for them.

Only come here if you're in a lot of pain and want to be seen quickly so that they can put you off for about a month. Honestly trash service.
