Although my initial dentists was very sweet and thorough, unfortunately that’s where the positive experience ended. Prepaid for a cosmetic procedure, which was scheduled for the following week- only to get a call THE NIGHT before, stating my appointment would have to be cancelled. Was told I would receive a call at 8a ( which was my appointment time) to determine if I could be seen later that evening. After not receiving a call, I decided to call at 10, at which time I was told that I would get a call before 12. By 1:45 I was over it. I called back a 3rd time and was then asked to reschedule for February. Needless to say, I’m requesting a FULL REFUND. Very disappointed.

Staff is very nice and pleasant, but they are not a good business to work with. They are too expensive for them to be as unorganized as they are. I had to wait 3 hours for someone to just feel through my mouth. The doc finally decided to pull my tooth that day, but I did not have another two hours to wait. I had to drive all the way back there just to set the appt up and so I could get hassled to pay money upfront for something they hadn't even done yet. The doctor did not fully listen to my concerns at all. I thought it would've been better because of the area and was sadly mistaken. All this business cares about is money, not the patients. They care more about charging over $100 dollars for an electronic toothbrush, that I did not ask for. Never going back and won't recommend. Staff tries their best though.

It was terrible that all I can say. The pain was more horrible than having a baby. I was told it was so painful due to all the infection in the tooth. But I ask for some antibiotic and was told it was not necessary. A piece of the tooth was left in my mouth still after all that I will go some where else to have it remove. I would not refer anyone and will never return again. I been a R.N.-Nurse for 25 years and I wish this pain on no one. After two days, I am still in severe pain from that experience Fx Jaw.

All-in-all the staff is GREAT and Dr M was so caring. Second dentist I dealt with was way too rushed and didn’t even bother to look at anything other than an X-ray when I had to go back for sudden pain in a tooth filled there weeks earlier. No infection (as confirmed by my new dentist), but I got antibiotics and referral to the endontist. After hours of wait time and never hearing back for a new treatment plan that was requested, I decided that my last visit (the one for the sudden pain) was going to be my last one there and found a new one. Waste of time, money and insurance claims.

Do not go to this place!!!! When I called and made appointment I specifically asked them if Aspen would repair my dentures that another dentist made and was informed sure they can. And their website says they do dental repairs and they have a lab right there to get them fixed. I drove a long way and I get there and go through X-rays and when the dentist came in I was informed that NO THEY DON’T repair them. But wanted me to get a consult for new dentures! I just needed one tooth repaired. I spent half the day there with no results. They had mislead me. The girl who was supposed to do my consult said she would be right with me and then she proceeded to work the front office answering phones and checking people out. I sat there waiting an hour for her and I finally just got up and left. Very discourteous service. I told them don’t bill my insurance. So be aware if you need repairs done to your dentures that another dentist made they WILL NOT fix them.!! So don’t go out of way spending time and money and expect them to help you!

The Dental Assistant who took my x-rays was a sweet lady, and dentist and staff were friendly. My only issue was I didn't have insurance and had an emergency so it was either stay in pain or come out of pocket almost $300 for a single extraction. Now thst i feel better I see how ridiculous the price was, probably won't be going back simply because of pricing.
