i came in today for an emergency appointment, due to pain on the bottom left side of my mouth. after recieving x rays, i saw the doctor and one of their hygienists and they all helped me decide a best plan of action for my future care. i’ve never been so happy with results when leaving a dentist office! strongly recommend!!

Let me start off by saying I am terrified of Dentist and have not been to one in about 8 years. When I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly face at the front desk by Olivia. Then, I taken back by Denis the assistant and got some x-rays. After X-rays, Kerrigan the hygienist came in and told me what the best options were for me going forward. She was very thorough and explained everything in detail. When Dr. Alex came in, he seemed very friendly and also explained every step to me. My last step was to talk with Laura the consulter and she was also absolutely wonderful! I cannot thank the staff enough for a friendly environment and explaining every single step to me today!

We didnt know where to take my Grandson, and called Aspen and everyone was very nice. Glad we took hiim there to remove 4 wisdom teeth, was a veru pleasant trip for him and us.The only thing is that the call line should not be quoting priicing as I was told one thing and ended up 3 xs as expensive. I work for Eyedoctors and we never quote pricing because the doctor is the final pricing and people get upset when the bill is so high. But I could pay it but alot of people would not be able to. But the girls and the doctor in Arnold were great and we werre very happy and will return to them for other things needed. His insurance is not taken by them, but I dont mind paying out of pocket because of the service was great. Thank you!

I was very unimpressed and very upset! I’m called and asked to come early because of cancellations. Great! On way. I get there, fill out registration info and get put in a room awaiting the dr to come in & start work. I edit, edit, and wait over an hour. Dr finally saunters I , looks at problem, gives it a name and walks back out telling nurse what will need. Wait close to another 1/2 hour. He saunters back in. Does work on jaw which takes no more than two minutes and walks back out. Then I wait again forever for someone to give instructions. I finally get up & step in the hall & am asked if I have a problem to which my reply is, I’m tired of waiting. Nurse comes to take up front for the inert. She just wanted more money. I ask a question, she leans over and asks girl next to her; then I ask another, once again she leans back & asks the girl next to her. There was no organization in the whole office. It was actually amazing how inept this company was!! Definitely won’t be returning!!

The staff and Doctor were very warm and friendly. I was greeted by Shannon who had me checked in quickly. Then a team consisting of Chelsie, Brooke and Dr Paturu diagnosed my needed services. After the diagnosis Jill nicely went over all the costs and helped me get setup with my follow-up visits.

A 1 star is giving them too much credit!
This particular location has the most unorganized staff I’ve ever encountered. they will encourage you to get this and that (Invisalign in our case) and it will take them MONTHS to get you your aligners and retainer. They will however, have the Audacity to tell you that you owe money when they haven’t placed claim with insurance. Laura was horrible and not helpful at all (read the reviews you will see a rave review from her about this location lol) and the new male doctor told my wife he wouldn’t get her retainers because of her “attitude”. His job is to find a solution for his customers and not “fix” my wives attitude. My wife has every right to be aggravated and annoyed at the amount of time she’s had to waste calling this location to have them do their job and yet it’s not resolved.
This is a warning to anyone that goes here that your time will not be valued!

My first visit to Aspen Dental in Arnold was very comfortable. The staff was professional, and kind. Thank you to the dental assistant Julieana! She worked very hard at her job, and made me feel very at ease. She's awesome, so sweet, and respectful! And thank you Jill for being very kind, and helping with payment options. And thank you very much to Dr. Paturu for figuring out what needs fixing. I am hoping to come back shortly to get some work done on my teeth. :) The first impression of the Arnold team was wonderful!
