I had an absess tooth that needed to come out. I also need EXTENSIVE dental work. Dr. P and the gang were so kind and understanding. Everything from helping me get through the pain to the billing lady helping me do what's right for my budget. They really are amazing and compassionate there.

I can not thank the ladies at Aspen Dental Arnold enough! I called for an emergency extraction and they got me right in. Not only were they quick and efficient, but they helped calm all my nerves as well. Dr. P, Bridget, Olivia, and Jill are the best! Highly recommend and will be returning for all my dental needs.

I was extremely disappointed in the result of my denture. They were supposedly printed on the 3-D printer however: the equipment needs much much more research and development because it’s accuracy is extremely poor. The people at Aspen were very wonderful very knowledgeable very professional however they have been supplied with extremely under developed equipment in this “3-D printer“. I made seven trips to Aspen in attempt to get my dentures right unfortunately that didn’t happen.

The way they treat customers is mind blowing.
Overheard a conversation that they were not providing a service nor providing a refund.
According to the dentists they didn’t want provide a service because the young lady had “an attitude “ when indeed the office staff was providing her with an even worse attitude and experience.
I do not know the entire story but when a customer has to go over and keep returning for her retainers that are never available it says a lot about this dentist office.
Highly disappointed with the response the office gave to this customer.
I would never recommend this office to anyone EVER!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Went in for a consultation for a procedure and was apprehensive about the cost because my former dentist quoted a rather large estimation of my out of pocket cost. However here at Arnold location they gave me a significantly lower cost! I am happy to say I am moving forward with the procedure with Aspen Dental! So glad I made the switch!

I had a wonderful experience with the staff at the Arnold location!!! Olivia was great with helping me fill out my paperwork. Chelsie and Kerigan were very friendly and gentle when doing x-rays and everything. Dr Paturu was very informative and friendly when going over details of my visit and treatment that is needed. Laura was also very friendly and helpful with getting everything ready for the treatment and helping me with financial needs.
