I was in so much pain after breaking one of my teeth. I had been having issues and put them off like I shouldn't have. The staff at aspen dental was so very kind and understanding. They were able to get me in the same day for an exam and since I was in so much pain they were able to help me out that same evening. I couldn't have asked for a better staff. The compassion was very calming.

Talk about poor workforce performance. I can't talk about the dental side of this business because I could not get past how poor performance of the clerical side of this business. Disconnected calls, no call backs or follow-up. That's just getting in the door. The exam for dental work went well and was efficient. However, back to dealing with the clerical personnel was frustrating. Infelt like they were pushing unnecessary treatments and cared not what I wanted, only what they wanted and thwy gave a take it or leave it attitude. The office manager I dealt with was very uninspired and showed poor customer service when attempting to make an agreement for work to be performed. I snuck out when she left her seat and told myself there was no way I'd give that business my hard earned money and my precious time. I suggest thinking hard before utilizing this business. Very poor customer service.

I have never made a bad review for anything...ever ...but this place has me furious. A complete waste of my time. The office manager was unbelievably rude, no help whatsoever. Could not believe it. Walked out and will never be back. My husband and children have appointments booked with them and we will be canceling all of them

I was there for an hour and a half and spent maybe 20 minutes between the x ray tech, hygienist, and dentist. And then they schedule the cleaning separate so I'd need to take another day off work. I've never had a dentist that did the cleaning and appointment separate and I shouldn't have had to spend that much time in one of the rooms when I had one of the first appointments for the day.

I had a dental emergency and they got me in first thing in the morning. They're are also working my follow up appointments around an upcoming trip. Everyone was amazing and made me feel comfortable.

The reason I give a one star is their estimating/billing practices. This is what happened: They intentionally overestimate the in-network insurance discount (different from the insurance benefit) by thousands and then actually provide a significantly smaller discount, leaving the customer with a large, unexpected bill.

When I tried to figure out why we got this new bill, they blamed insurance for it, but insurance paid exactly what they estimated their benefit to be. The real problem was that the in-network discount provided by Aspen was over-estimated by thousands of dollars.

It took me many days to resolve this issue and I kept getting, to be frank, lied to. I was told that they could put the account on hold while I tried to figure out the charges (so the bill wouldn't go into collections), but the next time I called the office I was told they do not put accounts on hold. They were not very helpful to resolve the problem. Every time I called, they kept insisting insurance is at fault for the in-network discount discrepancy, when in reality Aspen Dental makes this decision 100% on their own. I felt disrespected when they kept and repeating this lie (in a more condescending way each time) as if I had a memory problem or was just too dull.

Thankfully, I was able to get this charge resolved by going through Aspen corporate, but I find these businesses practices to be highly unethical and I know most people do not have the time/ability to go through all the hoops to get charges like this resolved. Not only so, but you basically sign away all your legal rights to get the treatment, so you can not sue. Please be careful when choosing a dental practice because the medical industry is full of companies taking advantage of people in need of medical care. I would not recommend going here (or any Aspen Dental office). They are like the sketchy car dealership of dental offices.

Due to extreme pain, I contacted Aspen Dental. I was in the office within an hour of my call. The entire staff was helpful, friendly, and compassionate. Olivia got me added as a new patient quickly and efficiently. Angel and Brooke got everything processed for Dr Paturu. Laura was able to walk me through my options/costs, assisting me in deciding the best approach for me. Dr Paturu explained everything in detail, began the procedure, and freed me of the severe pain I was in. I opted for a multi-part procedure and due to the professionalism and compassion of the entire staff, I am looking forward to completing the procedure after the holiday.
