I would not go back here. Our first visit, the staff was rude and condescending. The insurance benefits were not reviewed before services were provided. I was not informed my xrays would not be covered. I would have declined the xrays. The dentist snapped at me when I asked a question about cleanings.

All of the office staff were amazing!! My first time there and everyone was soo patient with me as I did ask a lot of questions. Everyone explained things in full detail and the pricing ect, Along with fast and efficient service.

I went to Festus where I live and they closed earlier than hours on door. Then drove to Arnold because I broke a tooth and was in lot's of pain. They got me right back and out of pain. I will now drive to Arnold and not go to the office in Festus. I had Olivia, Kristen, Jill, and Dr. Patvrv. You all were amazing and cared about the pain I was in. Again thank you all.

My first visit to Aspen Dental was very organized, and helpful throughout, from beginning xrays to discussion and advice from Dr. Paturu and hygienist Brooke. Office manager, Jill, was extremely helpful explaining and helping me decide my financial responsibilities. Thank you all for being so kind, helpful at a "dreaded" dental visit. 🙂

I went here for the first time a few months ago and they were all nice, and helpful. Except they said said took my insurance and my x-rays and stuff were covered, then I got a bill in the mail for everything i had done.. not very up front. then I referred a friend of mine to them for his crown and he did not think the same, they were rude to him and ignored him when they realized he wouldn't qualify for the financial plan they had in office, I will not be recommending this place to anymore family or friends.

I cannot say enough great things about the Aspen Dental in Arnold, MO. They were able to schedule an appointment the day I cracked my tooth, came up with a plan to address all of my dental needs, and provided all of the cost up front. The staff is excellent, every person I have encountered has been helpful, friendly, and professional.

I would give zero stars if it was possible. Dont go to this "business." They are the most over priced dentist you will ever deal with. I could write a long review here but let me just say I paid thousands of dollars for a crown but the most infuriating part is after I paid a couple thousand in cash and my insurance company covered $6000 or maybe a little more and I financed the remainder of $2000. When I left this office there was a zero balance. Now 2 years later I get something from collections for $259, how unprofessional can you get?

Dr P is super amazing!!! I am terrified of dental work and she was super kind, understanding and gentle. Extracted a infected to with just a local and it was over before I could even start to freak out. I love her!The staff is really friendly too

Yesterday I cracked my tooth and had to get into a dentist ASAP due to pain. Dr Matt, Bridgette, Sara, and Angie took fabulous care of me. They were quick, gentle and caring in responding to my needs. During this time when the risk for illness is so great, I was scared to go to the office. However, after seeing how careful they were, ensuring they followed all protocols, I felt they treated me as if I were members of their own family. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and excellent care!
