Grateful they could get me in asap to do same day treatment. I got work done a few weeks ago and now that I have healed I have only good things to say. My family has an appointment scheduled soon too. Whole staff treated me like their own and made me feel less nervous. Never had any other dentist make me as comfortable as Dr.p!

Unfortunately the worst dental service me or my wife has ever received. I normally like to give the benefit of the doubt but this just seems like they either can't do better or don't care to try. For the initial visit we where told that she would have her dentures in two weeks and that was agreeable. So after the removal it turns out they left two teeth in. Ok things happen we thought. Then she needed to get her molds retaken 3 times ... So it was 6 weeks later before she actually got her dentures and they don't fit properly , she isn't able to close her mouth when they're installed ... The tech also dropped them on the floor when he was fitting them in ...

I think the help in Arnold Missouri especially the doctor wolf but the finance lady she could have explained it better about a root canal or getting your teeth taken out she sent me home hurting when I could have just hit my teeth took out without having a root canal because it cost a lot of money so I don't like the way she did that

I'm giving 3 stars because the office doesn't offer nitrous for procedures and my anxiety is really bad. That being said, the staff were WONDERFUL and understanding when i had a panic attack upon learning that they didn't have nitrous to help me through getting a tooth pulled. I ended up going elsewhere, but if nitrous isn't something you need then this dentist office would be great.

They care only about sales quotas - not you as a person/client.

There's only two times most of us go to the dentist. (1) you have a pain in your mouth (2) it's time for your free semi-annual cleaning. I went to Aspen for the latter - it was time for a free cleaning and thought I'd give them a whirl because they market themselves as incredibly friendly, no surprises, and super affordable. In fact, in their commercials, they make it sound like you don’t even need insurance because their pricing is so incredibly affordable - compared to their competitors. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Here’s the highlights:

(1) Dentist appears new ( either he just barely graduated dental school or doesn’t know what he is talking about) - he first says, “We need to replace your two crowns.” Then he says, “Actually, I’m going to send you to this other dentist 45 minute drive away to see if he thinks we need to replace them.” (It costs about $1400 for ONE crown without insurance here).

(2) They recommended that I get teeth whitening, even though my teeth color/hue is only THREE SHADES darker than the WHITEST WHITE. (It costs about $700 for whitening here unless you have a coupon - insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic). Frankly, I don't really want to whiten my teeth.

(3) They only ended up taking X-Rays and what they call a “comprehensive exam”. There are two staff members in the room with you while you’re in the chair. One is looking at your mouth, the other is typing out your bill. I NEVER had my teeth cleaned (the ONLY reason why I came in for the appointment).

(4) After the “comprehensive exam” they take you to a back room and then STICKER SHOCK you with a TOTAL for EVERYTHING that was “needed”. My total before insurance was applied was OVER $5,000!! This included the teeth whitening, gum treatment, and two crowns. After my insurance, the total went down to about $3,500.

(5) Unlike REAL DENTIST OFFICES - Aspen requires you to pay EVERYTHING upfront BEFORE they will even schedule you. To get on the schedule, you must pay AT LEAST 50% upfront immediately. If they go bankrupt or close up - you lose your money without having the dental procedures completed. (Of course they say they won't go bankrupt - I am sure Lehman Brothers who was in business for over 400 years said the same thing to their clients in 2009 - before they went bankrupt).

(6) The entire process took OVER 2 HOURS and they didn’t do anything! I’ve had root canals completed that only took 30 minutes. I’ve NEVER spent this long inside a dentist office - and ASPEN didn't do anything!!

(7) Throughout they don’t really listen. They are more interested in adding something else to your bill then listening to you as a person and meeting your needs. I ONLY came in for a cleaning. I HAVE NO PAIN - NO BLEEDING - NO ISSUES - JUST WANTED A CLEANING!!!

(8) All they cared about was making the sale - and making you pay for things you really do NOT need.

(9) They immediately push the Care Credit credit card (They receive a kickback from the credit card company if you sign up for a card). I had the money in my checking account, I didn't think they knew what they were talking about and just wanted my cleaning that is included with my insurance. Office manager said, "You will not receive a cleaning. A cleaning will not do anything for you."

This was truly the WORST experience I have ever encountered at ANY dentist office EVER!!! It was like going to used car dealership.

I do NOT recommend!

Worst place you could ever go. My wife has been in the Invisalign for a year and then they could not get her next trays ordered for some reason so they switched us to their moto brand. Now after two years, her retainer is in and they refuse to give it to us after paying them the 4000 we owed for the brace's until we pay them again for a deep cleaning. They are holding her retainers hostage and trying to force us to give them more money. What a scam we have already payed for these and now they refuse to call me back.
