I needed dental work and went to Aspen Dental. The people that work there are great. They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a very pleasant experience. They took the time to explain everything to me and answer any question or concern that I had. The dentist was better then any that I have been to and explained every thing that was going to be done at this visit and the next visits that I had to set up .I never liked to go to a dentist but here I look forward to coming back for my other visits and would highly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I must tell you it's been 2 weeks now and haven't got the work done that I went in for so I just have been in pain. I was told I had gingivitis so they did a two step process which I was told by my regular dentist my gums looked great so I feel like I paid for something I didn't really need but after that they wanted to schedule a 3 month checkup which a $100 more to see if they got it all which the office lady says you'll only need to do this once. So now I was told it would be another 14 days before the free fillings that my insurance covers could be done when ultimately I really just need a root canal on the original tooth I went in for but I understand it's under a bridge that could break, the dentist didn't seem very confident at all. So I guess I'll get my free fillings in 2 weeks and then go back to private dentist for root canal because I'm sure it would be cheaper if I did especially if it breaks during root canal and then have to replace a whole new bridge. And of course I fell for the toothbrush, toothpaste they said I needed and had to take out credit card through them just to pay for services that have to paid before you get work done and I have 2 insurance dental plans so far over $600 out of pocket.I just wanted to get the word out so you can make the best decision for youself. I know I wish i would of been more informed before walking through their door.

I have an irrational fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Fox was very considerate, and did his best to put me at ease. Both he and the hygienist explained each step of my visit and left me well informed of my problems and how to proceed from there.
Ms. Mancuso, their Treatment Plan Coordinator, was especially great. After my anxiety of a dental visit, she and I went over payment options. She went to great lengths to explain the itemized bill and the costs of my future dental work . She was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and caring, and the highlight of my office visit.

Do not waste your time or money. Lots of smoke and mirrors dealing with them and one thing they really lack, is transparency. I went in expecting to have my tooth ache fixed. They called to move my appointment my time earlier in the day so they “had more time” to get me fixed up. Said over the phone my out of pocket would be $150 for the visit. After seeing the doctor this changed to over $10k! I about fell out of the chair. Needless to say, wasted 2 hours of my time and never got my tooth fixed.

From the initial contact person to talking with office manager on financing everyone was fantastic. All were warm, caring and put me at ease. Pricing just blew me away. Looking forward to procedure instead of freaking out for years over it.

This place is a sham. I am a Christian Minister. I went in to have a tooth pulled, was in terrible pain. They had no compassion and basically made me sign up for something I did not want , that was an additional $2,200 after I told them I had no insurance. Then she said she conveniently was approved to take a $1,000 off. But did not tell me she took parts of the agreement away. VERY DISHONEST PLACE. I HATE TO PUT THIS REVIEW , BUT THESE PEOPLE HAD NO COMPASSION AND , SHE LIED TO ME. I HATE TO BE LIED TO , ESPECIALLY FROM SOMEONE I AM PAYING.
THIS IS THE WORST DENIST , I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. NO COMPASSION FOR A DOCTOR

AVOID AVOID AVOID, THIS CORPORATE CRAPHOLE. Refused to host do a cleaning without x-rays, even though my insurance covers a cleaning without x-rays. Had x-rays just recently and do not need them, just need a cleaning. To get a cleaning you need to go through an exam, get x rays, then schedule a cleaning another time. Avoid, goal is to charge you and your insurance for every possible thing they can.

The facility was nice and clean and the staff all seemed very helpful and friendly. However I went in on Friday right before they closed for Memorial weekend and the dentists writing was so bad they couldnt read the prescriptions wrote for me. So we contacted the emergency number for the doctor to message us back. And I have yet to hear back from him. It's a good thing I dont need the medicine for the infection and pain or anything. It would really suck if it was a long weekend and they didn't open again until Tuesday... oh wait.

Went to Aspen yesterday because I had been dealing with tooth pain over the Holiday. They were so personable and friendly and Dr. Holbrook made sure I was aware of everything that was going on and any risk involved since I am pregnant. Wound up having to have my Windom tooth pulled and he had it out in just a few minutes after making sure I was numb. Highly recommended.
