Northside Dental Clinic

This place actually makes me look forward to going to the dentist, and I am writing this one hour after having a tooth extraction! I have now had three different types of procedures here. The staff makes you feel like they really care about your needs. They listen to you and make you feel like you're part of a family. This is my new dental home for Springfield. I love them!

Yesterday I had my teeth cleaned by Paige. She did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to assist me even taking extra time to make sure everything was up to par. She was kind and caring while. She made sure I was well informed and I felt comfortable and worry free the whole time. Thank you Paige! I appreciate your help.

If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist shamed me for my infrequent visits. Then once we got past that sorry about your pain but it will be 10 weeks before we can see you perhaps go to Dental ER. Thanks for the referral and the humiliation

I have been a patient at Northside Dental for 15+ years. Even after moving an hour away nearly 10 years ago, they’re still my dentist. I love going in to see Paige, my hygienist. She’s a true professional and does a thorough job. I say being there is the equivalent of going to the spa for me, knowing I’ll leave with a fresh and clean mouth! Also, prior to having any work done, they always have a breakdown of expected costs(and options) so that you’re never left with a big surprise. Keep up the good work Northside Dental!

I have been going to Northside Dental Clinic for the past few years and each experience I've had with them has been wonderful to say the least! The staff at the front desk are always very welcoming and willing to help with any questions I have. My hygienist, Paige, does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and always ensures I am comfortable throughout my entire cleaning and Dr. Hayter always does a thorough examination of my teeth and x-rays before I leave to make sure they are still healthy and cavity free! My appointments have always started on time and they are able to give close attention to my teeth while also finishing the appointment in a timely manner. Northside not only provides a positive and welcoming environment but each person I have interacted with has always been helpful and professional. I would recommend Northside Dental Clinic to anyone!!

I’ve never left a dentist office and said to myself (or others) “Wow, that was a great experience!” But I did after my last appointment. I went to work and praised Northside Dental Clinic to all my co-workers. Everyone I spoke to from the time I came through the door were kind, caring and attentive to my specific needs. Nicole was so wonderful and helpful. Maggie and everyone else answered my silly questions with grace! Dr. Kaelin is the best dentist I’ve ever been to and I had the most awesome outcome I could ever hope for! Thanks for helping me!

As soon as I walked in, office manager Mary and staff were very welcoming. Dr. Kaelin was personable and easy going; explaining everything in my future treatment plan thoroughly. Paige was wonderful and so sweet; stopping and making sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. I really liked the personal explanation about estimated out of pocket costs for my future visits as well. For someone who doesn’t like dentists very much, as I know a lot of people feel the same, I felt very relaxed and well taken care of!! They will be seeing me again!!!

I've been going here for the last 5 years and love it. The staff are nice and friendly. My hygienist, Paige, and Dr. Smith always take great care of me. The location is a convenient proximity to where I live. The quality of care is excellent too. They answer any questions I have and help me understand what's going on with my teeth and how I can continue to care for them to have a long, healthy smile. On a personal side note, I also enjoy being able to look out the big windows to see the nice green space and trees that are behind the building. This is a highly recommended place!

I always look forward to going to my Northside Dental Clinic appointments! (I don't think many people can say that.) I have been going to Northside for approximately 13 years now. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Paige is always there with a smile and a gentle touch as she checks my teeth and offers advice as to what I can do to improve my teeth, gums and mouth. This was the first time I saw Dr Hayter for my check up and he is very pleasant and thorough and checked any possible problem areas I may have. Both he and Paige are excellent at explaining any issues and procedures that may be needed. See you all in 6 months!!

I've been going to Northside for a couple of years. Paige is my dental genie and she always does a great job! Yesterday my 89 year old mother's implants fell out after 30 years. I called them this morning in a panic and they got us in to see someone today! Dr. Smith and her assistant Tamra were very professional and patient in answering all our questions, coming up with a plan of action and even setting us up to see an outside consultant before we go back there to get her new dentures. Another perk happened when we were checking out and got the senior discount! Maggie made sure our checkout was processed quickly and with a big smile. Great experience. Thanks!
