After a faw bad experiences at another office in town a few people recomended Northside. I've been going a few years now, had a few different staff members/Doctors and not one bad experience. If I have any issues I call and they get me in. Highly recommend Northside Dental.

I have known Dr. Hayter for many years and our mutual friendship brought me through the doors. Maggie and Sam at the front were charming and helpful!! And Kelly helped put me more at ease with the process in general. First time i have ever been to a dentist where i didnt feel shamed and guilty for how i had Or hadnt taken care of my teeth. The staff is amazing, from Maggie at the front desk to Johnene the hygienist to Dr. Kaelin and staff in the back. If you are terrified of the dentist check these guys out. They monitor your BP offer you blankets, headphones, and check on you every 5 minutes. They want to make sure it is as calming and comfortable as possible.

My dear husband had a terrible toothache. The helpful reception staff worked with me to get the earliest appointment available. The doctor gave several options and helped my husband choose the right one. We could not be more happy with the cost (self-pay), the professional staff and helpful receptionists. They made an unpleasant, unavoidable experience as pleasant as possible.

I have always been a coward when it came to going to the dentist until I meant Dr.Steve. He is very professional and warm not to mention his infectious smile. Pain free. Tammie and TJ his assts. were also very professional as well as caring, and fun.I felt like I was among family. I now don't dread going to the dentist.
The office is emaculent ,and wait time is short. Ashley,at the front desk always welcomed me by my first name with a smile. Then as I left she always said have a good day. All the other front staff were friendly and helpful also.
It is hard to believe that anyone could be so negative about Northside Dental. Guess they have'nt ment Dr. Steve !!!!!!

I can’t tell you how happy I am I found this dentist office. Dr Smith and Lauren have been fantastic, as well as all the ladies in the front office. I have been searching for a new dentist since my last dentist closed his practice, I have tried a few places but never felt like I found the right place, until now, they literally have put the smile back on my face!!

The staff was so helpfull I was in so much pain I had decided to pull the tooth but one of the staff Jenny talked me into a root canal and crown to save my tooth and I couldn't be happier with the decision. They made me feel so comfortable, I would recommend them to anyone they are so amazing and the doc is amazing at his craft big thanks to all the staff at northside dental.
