My appointment was for cleaning. Due to Covid and personal health issues I was not able to come in for my 6 month and it was 8 months. Had explain my health issues twice to the office. My dental technician was not one of the regular staff. A substitute filling in for staff. Needless to say beyond unprofessional and focused. Been a patient since 2013. Extremely disappointed. Not the same office of the past.

They have made every dental visit such a positive experience for her and her sister. They explain what is happening in ways our girls understand. Every single person, from scheduling to check-out, was SO nice! Jen, the Hygienist, and Dr Amy, were very helpful in explaining my treatment plan so I didn't leave with any unanswered questions. The office is very well organized, especially in this crazy time of Covid, and every precaution was taken, so I felt super comfortable during my visit.

After procrastinating for a couple of years, I worked up the courage to search for a new dental service and picked Williamsburg Dental on Village Drive. I got my initial cleaning, a very thorough exam and xrays within 2 weeks. I got an extraction, preparation of supporting teeth, and a temporary bridge in a week, and will be getting my permanent bridge shortly.
I am so very impressed with the level of care I received and I highly recommend this office to everyone. The Doctor and staff are thorough, competent, highly professional, and also friendly.
