I have been a patient of Dr. Kotopka's for over 10 years. Not only has he made every dental visit comfortable and pleasant, he is very personable. On one occasion, I had to bring a child to my appointment, he didn't skip a beat with my treatment after ensuring my child was comfortable and entertained. Today a bridge on my teeth came loose shortly after lunch.
Since I was already out running errands in my car, I decided
to head to Williamsburg Dental to get an appointment.
I certainly didn't expect them to place the bridge back in
the same afternoon, but they did! Every now and then
a miracle does happen. When tough times come, I'll
always remember this "heavenly" dental bridge replace-
ment that was done within 2 hours of it coming loose.

The dentists and hygienists are great. They do, however, charge patients an extra $15 pandemic fee for cleaning, which insurance doesn't cover. This is ridiculous! It's already costly to go to the dentist and now they add on another $15.

Just not happy with my bridge that a previous dentist from there did. Not flush with gums so anytime I eat food gets stuck there and I can’t use my water pic every time I eat and now I got a cavity under it they were able to fill but said if I get anymore there I will need an implant so the charges I have paid for this one tooth is outrageous even with dental insurance.
