They charged me an extra15$ for a covid ppe charge when I went to get my teeth cleaned. Talked to insurance which claimed they should charge it due to their contract with insurance but they are refusing to refund my money. I wouldn't be so upset but they didn't inform me about this charge prior to getting teeth cleaned, which should be covered 100% per my insurance. I have talked to almost a dozen other people and other dentist office which don't charge. I feel like they are taking advantage of us over covid just because they state law says they can

Horrible place! The amount of lies they told me and false information! They wanted me to get my wisdom teeth out but I got all four taken out 2 years ago!!!! They only care about the money. My experience was the worst, would not recommend!

Always super professional and very through. Their COVID preparation couldn’t be any better - meet you at the car and take your temperature, everyone’s masked, air purifiers in every room plus a general air scrubber system. All that and clean teeth too!

I had to wait well past my appointment time and dentist spent 3-5 minutes with me and charge was very high. Quite different than the old days with dr king. 😞. You all were very good at getting me in, though, quick, for my tooth problem.
