Scheduler was friendly, professional, helpful, and fun. Receptionist- friendly helpful and professional. Hygienist was personable, professional, and kind. Dr Amy was professional, kind, and personable. My experience was 10/10, two thumbs up, five stars on a golden platter. No BS, straightforward friendly dentistry. Would recommend. Communication in person bad. Texting and reminders for appointments really good, I guess they want for you to show up to the appointment. Estimation for payment on procedures really bad. They told me what I was going to pay, and wrote each charge for each appointment. At second appointment they told me that I needed to pay the double of what they had written. And when I double check my original paper and showed to them they said we are so sorry for our mistake, and tried to explain the charges, but because it was their mistake they would talk to doctor and see if she or him would do something about it because of their mistake. I waited for call before last appointment and no call. I called them back and same story. They would call back as soon doctor’s return, before next appointment. They never called. And when I called back they only said if I wanted that last appointment then I still needed to pay still more that I owed with no reduction that they couldn’t do anything about it. Totally disappointed and so unprofessional. They started with three appointments and then kept making more and more appointments. The procedures were for my 77 year old mom and she ended up paying near thousand: Hygienists are nice people. I’ll take her with my dentist next time. You know everything ahead of time and don’t add more and more visits just because doctor is on vacation or something.
