We have been with this Office for 3-4 years and LOVE Dr. Killeen, we were sad to hear that he was leaving, but planned on staying with the office because the hygienist are fantastic! My husband got a crown put in and in between the temporary crown and the permanent Dr. Killeen left. The new dentist put in the crown. My husband was in a ton of pain he called a few days later they told him to stay on top of the meds. I called the following Sunday for the emergency line(He was in a TON of pain), Never received a callback. That same week on Tuesday my husband stayed home from work to be seen because he was in too much pain. We called explained his pain in the tooth, gums, and jaw. They told him he needed to see a specialist, he tried just to come in and see the dentist that installed the permanent, and they said to him that his dentist is no longer with the practice, so we needed to go to the office they referred us. He went we had to pay $50 up front and recently received a bill for $47.90. All the dentist had to do, the specialist they referred us to because they didn't know how to help him, is file down the crown --like the dentist always does when a crown is installed. So he went to a specialist to have the previous dentist error corrected. The office we were referred to asked him if he was going to continue seeing the dentist after all this our answer is a swift no. I've been working with the office. They are willing to pay the $47.90 we were billed as a "Courtesy," however it was all a miscommunication so they won't reimburse us for what we spent seeing the specialist. Please don't go here. If they can't file down a crown because it is too complicated, what can they do?
