I switch to Williamsburg Dental after having a horrible experience at a different dentist office in lincoln.
My previous dentist broke one of my permanent crowns, and placed a filling to cover their mistake. Then they did a shotty job on another temp crown.
When the Dentist and staff assisted me at Williamsburg Dental they were nice, gental and ensured the upmost professionalism.
Williamsburg Dental has since taken care of my broken crown with the best care possible. They are big on the patients needs first and not their own and I value that.

They always do an incredible job. Today, Jackie took me through some small tweaks to my brush strokes that will help me better clean my gums. She was so professional and educational. It might be a small thing but could make a big difference for my long term gum health. Dr. Killeen was awesome per usual.

I started my experience the normal way anxious about seeing the dentist. It's been a bit since the last time I went to the dentist so I was worried what they would say. Well everyone was fantastic. I was put in capable hands. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain the whole process and what I needed to do in the future to better take care of my teeth. No judgement, no random upsells, no nonsense. One of the best experiences in customer service I have ever had let alone this is at the dentist. Not only did I have an amazing experience but on top of that they scheduled all my follow up sat me down, explained future appointments and talked me through how it would affect my insurance. At the end they gave me a t-shirt, a card to remind me of my appointment, and a chapstick. I really can't stop raving about this team. Thank for making me excited about visiting the dentist again.

Just got a big chunk of my work done here...hadn't been to the dentist in 13ish years...The hygienists are extremely nice and Dr. Killeen (pronounced "clean", I mean, come on) is legit. Super easy to talk to and they do a wonderful job of spelling out payment and walking through insurance. I'd definitely recommend this dental office. In fact, I just did to one of my friends.

I love this place! Staff there are friendly and Sara, was super thorough with my cleaning and I actually learned some things I didn't know about how I have been brushing my teeth! Dr. Was is great too! Highly recommend.
