I have had and continue to have an amazing experience with this dental office. Even though I only come in twice a year the team members still know who I am and are very friendly. Dr. Amy is absolutely the best!! Everytime I come in she checks in with me and remembers what we discussed last time about my daily life and asks about my family and friends by name. She is a very caring individual and makes some time for you to be personable with rather than just checking your teeth and saying see ya. I truly feel cared about as a whole person.

I visited for a cleaning and exam and had a good experience overall. The Dental Hygienist, Danielle, was impressive. She went to great lengths in explaining my procedure and making me feel comfortable. My interaction with Dr. Was was brief but she was quite pleasant. The facility was clean and COVID-19 compliant. I appreciated all the appointment reminders, the ability to do most things online ahead of my visit, and even a birthday greeting before my first appointment!

I had just moved to Lincoln and hadn't found a new dentist yet. I had a painful toothache and when I called to see if they were taking new patients they were so helpful! They worked me in 20 minutes after I called. My first recommendation would be to be on time or even a little early for your appointment. They had me in a chair before my appointment time! They were so pleasant and helpful. They explained things to me that no dentist had even told me about. They gave me all my options and recommendations then let me decide what to do. They were so pleasant and informative! Also...I don't have dental insurance and they explained a membership savings club plan. It was a perfect fit for me and saved me money. Awesome 5 star first experience!
