I have such bad anxiety when having work done because I struggle to become fully numb and can feel the drill. I explained this to EMILY and she advocated for me and Dr. WASIELEWSKI came up with a new concoction of numbing agents and it was the first time in my life that I was fully numb. They took great care of me and made sure I was comfortable. With each visit, my anxiety decreases because of the kindness of the staff here. Big Kudos to Emily for advocating for me and Dr. Wasielewski for being willing to try something new to help me!!

I have been using Williamsburg dental for years. I love the dental technicians. The place I went to before this, I always left with my teeth hurting. Williamsburg dental does a great job of getting my teeth cleaned but without me leaving in pain.
I am self-pay and they used to have a discount for self pay which was great. But now they offer a in-house plan that was cheaper than my previous self pay for the year and it gives me more of a discount when I need additional work done.
The dentists have also always listened to me and answered all the questions I need without making it seem like I'm asking dumb questions.
I never feel like I'm being judged for the level of care I give my teeth. Sure they would love it if I flossed (which I never do) but I don't feel shamed.

When faced with a change in dental coverage I needed to change providers. The insurance company had a list of eligible providers and one closest to my home was Williamsburg Village Dental. I did my online research, read others' reviews, and asked people I knew. Not hearing anything of concern I made appointments for my son and myself. From the moment we walked in the door of the first visit to our most recent appointment (this week!) the office and dental staff were consistently good to us. No questions went unanswered, no process was time consuming or a nuisance. Becoming a new patient was easy and painless. We've worked with Dr. Beddes who was friendly and knowledgeable and set me at ease. Our hygienist was quite possibly the best I've worked with...my only regret is that I can't thank her here by name! We'll see you in six months!

My experience at Williamsburg Dental Village Drive was amazing! The staff were all incredibly helpful. The dental hygienist I had took the time to explain everything that she was doing and explain the science behind a lot of things I had never even thought about before, and I really appreciated it. Everyone was so professional, and I could tell they were working hard to make it a great experience. I will absolutely continue seeing them and would recommend them to anyone!

In general, no one likes going to the dentist (no offense), but the staff at Williamsburg Village Dental are terrific and make your experience easy. I'm in the process of getting back into a regular routine with exams and unfortunately, need extensive work due to my phobia of the dentist which lead to years of neglect, but Dr. Amy is doing a fantastic job fixing my teeth. She has given me options and explained the outcomes of all, and offers her opinion on what is best for the continued health of my teeth. She's thorough, gentle, reassuring, and so far, my last three appointments have been pretty darn good, considering the extent of what needs to be done. If you're searching for a new dentist for whatever reason, give Williamsburg Village Dental a try. I'd have given them a 5 star rating, but given their line of work, well, you know.

I have always had excellent care here! They are gentle, caring, friendly, and strive for perfection in every aspect. Fillings? Done perfectly! Bad experience with shots? Not here! I’ve called with emergencies and they work so hard to get you in ASAP!
