My appointment today was a joyous experience. I am 82 and I was addressed Ms. Karlyn versus Karlyn by the Dental Hygienist. She was knowledgeable, took xrays, and did prophylaxis adult care. I am grateful Medicare Advantage referred me to Jersey Dental Group. I am sending a "shout out" to Jersey Dental Group!! Thank you!

I had my appointment cancelled by Jersey Dental today due to an staffing emergency. I get it, things happen. No effort was made to reschedule in a timely manner. Just move you back to the end of the line like its not a big deal.

Awhile ago, the receptionist rudely insisted I wasn’t able to be seen because they couldn’t accept my insurance, even though I verified that it was valid there. She refused to listen to me and turned me away. Went to the other Jersey dental and their receptionist had zero issues with my insurance. You have one job.

What? This is the best dentists facility ever! I will never go anywhere else! I will let my teeth fall out, before I let anyone else in my mouth! I love The doctors, the dental hygienist, The ladies at the front Desks! I really don’t want to say all of this! It makes it that hard for me to get an appointment!!! Bottom line! They are the best!!!

The worse experience ever with Jersey dental group!!!! The dentist did crown for my tooth then I had too much pain and my tooth fractured l called the office to see the dentist or speak with her but she refused then I went to the office and they took my tooth with the crown and promised me to do implant then after 3 weeks I went again and they told me that my insurance will not cover and refused to give me back my tooth then the nurse tried to cheat me and give another one but I complained to my insurance so they give me back but till now I am calling them to get my x rays and documents but they didn’t give me so stay away from Jersey dental group as they have lier nurse and 👎👎unprofessional dentists .👎👎👎👎

Today for my son and I was great. The Staff is super friendly. The Hygienist was very detailed and took her time with my son. I would say there is a huge improvement with the service. Also I had no wait time which was a plus.

Noticeably different customer service in a bad way since the business was sold by Suluki. Hygienist hurt you much more when getting a basic cleaning. I had to reschedule my appointment when I was running 8 mins late and even called. Looking for a new dentist Offices with better customer service.

They got my 5 yr old daughter in as an emergency on a short call. I called and an hour later we were in the dentist office and they made her feel comfortable and got her looked at. The complete staff was nice and super helpful.
