Appt was at 940am, they called me earlier to see if I could come in at 9am, I wasn't able to get there in 15 minutes, then I showed up on time, and didn't get in for my cleaning until 1045am. That just doesn't make sense - if they had a cancellation, why were you now an hour behind? I was cleaned by the dentist, not a hygienist, it was rushed, about 10 minutes, when it usually takes 25-30 minutes from start to finish, a quick one pass with the water scaler and she hurt me all the way thru, not a hint of caring that she was hurting me as she was rushing to catch up from being so behind on appts. She left me with a trainee who just didnt know what she was doing yet to "finish up" - rinse basically. Not a good experience at all - will not be going back..

This is the best dentist office I've ever been too!! All of the staff are wonderful friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr. Sheiku ( I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly)was absolutely amazing!!! I've always been terrified of the dentist but her bedside manner was so soothing and comforting I felt completely relaxed and safe the whole time. I can't wait to transfer my whole family here!!!!!

My is great! The receptionists are great! Just wish it wasn’t soooo expensive. But that’s not their fault which is y I keep the five stars. Insurance only pays 60%. But I always feel comfortable there and it’s clean and they don’t make you wait long at all like other offices. I would recommend.

Unless you have no way to go anywhere else, find another Dentist. The Hygienist was wonderful and I have nothing but good things to say about her, but everything else about this place was awful. The receptionist is always rude, combative, unhelpful, and should not be dealing with people. When I tried to get a breakdown of costs after the first visit it was viewed as an inconvenience for them. I was told to schedule an additional appt by the Hygienist, and just trying to get the appt scheduled was a battle, then I had 2 appts cancelled due to snow, but they wouldn't be available to reschedule for Months.
So all this dental work that they stressed was important and that I should have done sooner than later is ok to keep pushing back by months. Meanwhile only half of a procedure has been done and I am constantly pushing back and rescheduling to complete it because of cancelled appts. The worst, however, was that it took 5 attempts to actually numb my jaw with novocaine. After each attempt I could still feel.. by the 3rd attempt I asked to just sedate me because the pain from the needles was almost worse than the procedure..they told me they don't do that. By the 5th time they pulled out all the stops and injected directly into the bone... as it wore off the pain from the injection sites was incredible.
Finally, they specified I would need fillings and tried hard to sell me on the silver Amalgam. After seeing where the fillings would be and doing research I decided I did not want Amalgam and asked to change to Composite (white). I have requested this change 3 times and all the notes and orders in the system still say Amalgam. When I mentioned this to the receptionist, she rolled her eyes and told me I just have to tell the Dr. before they start.... at this point I have Zero confidence I would end up with anything other than a mouth full of silver. I have cancelled all my appts and have already found another dentist that will use sedation and can fit me in for everything in 2 weeks rather than 2-3 months.

The dentists are friendly and do amazing work, but the receptionists are rude and snappy. Kinda makes me not want to schedule appointments at all.

5 star dentists, 1 star receptionists.

Excellent Practice! The moment you walk into the front door. Everyone is friendly, supportive, knowledgeable and they do excellent dental work! I have always despised the dentist. However, Jersey Dental group team has shifted my perception and has made every visit a positive experience!

I have an extreme phobia of dentists. Due to so much pain I went f tu on others recommending them. The dentist was so nice and Understanding, no judgements.i am now going back for dentures. The ladies at the front desk were great and about a 5 min wait time.

This was my second appt at Jersey Dental, the first time I was surprised, because I did not see a lot of patients there, but that was o.k. The nurse's were kind asking me if I was alright. The second time was the same, but much more attentive, because I was a little dizzy and they help me to walk so that I would not fall. They were concerned, and in my book that said a lot about the nurses and the Dr. I would recommend Jersey Dental to everyone
Thank you. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Everyone is always friendly and very concerned about my comfort. I have tmj on both sides of my face with a tiny mouth and they are always patient and accommodating to my needs. I love coming here and I have been to a lot of dental facilities trying to find a place that took my limited insurance and was sensitive to my higher level of needs..always helpful to have dentists with tiny hands :) and I don't live close but I'll keep driving the extra distance to come here.

They were perfectly fine. But the office smelled heavily of perfume from them melting scented wax. I'm shocked that a medical office would have such disregard for people with scent sensitivity. Supposedly I'm the first to complain, but somehow I doubt that. I had to wait outside because I got an instant migraine as soon as I walked in. And other people in the office told me they were bothered as well.
