I had my first appointment at Jersey Dental Group yesterday. I read the reviews and there were many glowing reviews about the hygienist Celeste. As luck would have it, Celeste was the hygienist that I saw. She was extremely thorough, very personable, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and put my fears to rest. I would highly recommend this dental group to anyone. The overall experience was wonderful as a new patient.

It’s so nice to finally find a dentist I love! I actually look forward to my appointments, I feel like family and I’m taken care like I am! They really took great care to make sure I was comfortable and happy! A local dentist really messed my teeth up and they took great care to make sure my teeth were fixed and they left me more confident than ever! I love my new smile ( they gave me a year ago) and I love myself all over again! I will recommend this place to anyone..even if they don’t ask!!

The women Dentist at south Jersey Dental are so amazing! They are very thoughtful and gentle! My Dentist knew it’s been tough to get me into her office so she moved some appointments around to do my second route canal. I was very thankful! They also did my sons tooth a few weeks ago. It was great they took me the same day to help with his tooth pain! ❤️

This dentist is far best one I’ve been too In my entire life. Right when you go in, the front ladies are very welcoming and kind and answer any questions you have. Everyone makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. I was super nervous and anxious since i really don’t like going to dentist. But i give this place 5 start. Awesome

Today was my first time going here and I had a great experience! The women at the front desk was very nice and helpful when it came to explaining an insurance company they work with. The nurse that took my xrays was very efficient and the dentist had a great bedside manner, very informative and she genuinely cared that I was in pain. It was an quick an easy appointment, even with everything that's going on the staff was in high spirits.

I usually don't do reviews for anything, however it was very important that I do it for Jersey Dental. First being new to the area I had no idea who to look for as far as a good dentist and preferably female. I called Jersey Dental and Erica answered the phone, she was very professional and pleasant. She listened to my concerns and was able to get me an appt immediately. When I arrived the office was clean, and busy. I did not have to wait long at all. I was assisted by Maria who took x-rays and engaged in a pleasant conversation. I was more than happy to be in the company of a lot of professional women. Dr. Nasrin was so sweet, she can do all my dental work and I would be totally relaxed. She simply made my experience relaxing and pleasant. She listened to my concerns and implemented a plan. Not only did I get a cancellation appt on a Saturday, but the staff who assisted me went above and beyond. Thanks Erica for the good conversation between patients. Great customer service!!

First time visit and this is my take.Is a bit of a mix review because I had two different experiences within one visit. When making the appointment for my sons braces procedure, we weren’t happy with the type of customer service. My wife and I talked to a different person and the way they conduct themselves with customers are far as the east is from the west. All we wanted to know do is clarify their current screening procedures. When I arrived I was asked to fill a form as expected but in the form it says you are verbally given the instructions on what your signing for so I asked for the verbal instructions only to be told by the receptionist Erica (the one that lack proper customer service skills) that it was self explanatory, very rude of course. The visit got better when the other Erica (thinking ink) took over. The tech helping my son was very good and friendly and the visit was uneventful after this. I like the place I just don’t like one of the receptionist lack of professionalism, which I expected. Bottom line, you can’t keep making up excuses for bad customer service, there are too many choices for people to go.

Update: please tell me how your reply helps? As a matter of fact, we went back in for another appointment and the receptionist even tho she wasn’t attending to us (Erica), still managed time be non-pleasant, yes I see where you are trying.

Follow up update:
Not a thing has changed, if I wasn’t already committed with my sons dental appointments here I won’t consider this place. This is after calling today, lack of professionalism is always at display. Lack of training or better screening for employment has to be the reason.

I have to say this is the absolute best dental group I've ever been to. I am a very nervous person when it comes to the dentist and they make me feel comfortable and do an excellent job. I've had the best experience here with my dr and they hygienist was fast and very personable, front desk

I have been going to Jersey Dental for about 3 years and I’ve never had a dentist or group show as much care for my teeth as Jersey Dental has. I had severe anxiety about the dentist from painful experiences and procedures and when I met Dr Sekhon she agreed to commit to my care if I agreed as well and she has done just that. She is polite, honest and knowledgeable. She explains everything from start to finish. I couldn’t be more happier with my care. Jess has been my hygienist from the start and she is utterly amazing. She’s gentle, kind, reassuring and also honest. I’ve committed to my teeth care and haven’t had a cavity since. I would 10/10 recommend this practice to everyone.

The hygienist and Doctor made me full very comfortable and they understood my nervousness. They front desk receptionist was very dismissive and unprofessional. They interrupted my questions several times with their own petty conversations and didn't seem to appreciate their employment.
