I was afraid of being in pain, and the assistant and the Doctor was excellent and gentle as she could be, I felt no pain what so ever! Oh, and since we are going through the covid 19 thing, the office is cleaned, everyone’s mask and protective gear was on the entire time. So I felt safe from virus as well. I love this place, it is my whole family’s dentistry provider.

Dr. Pooja and Devon are the best. Office is clean and quiet and reception is always beyond helpful. They also don't shame you for having teeth problems like every other dentist has for me. I don't dread the dentist anymore

I was a new patient today at this dental practice and it was an overall good experience. My dental hygienist was Celeste and she was very patient, timely, and proficient. She explained everything very thoroughly.

The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful.

Communication here is positively AWFUL!
They messed up my original appointment time and then made me feel guilty, as if it were my mistake (which, due to already being stressed and upset, I actually believed until I double-checked the reminder text message they sent me the day before)! I later watched them turn away a mom and two kids after THEY confused her appointment time and couldn't see her, despite her having gotten the same reminder text as evidence of THEIR mistake.

After examining me, it was determined that I needed to have teeth extracted and insurance authorization before a deep cleaning. THIS IS THE ONLY THING I WAS TOLD AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT!
It was only after having those teeth extracted (an appointment I left with little instruction and not being told that I'd need to be seen back) and going back in because of the unidentified object behind a back tooth that I was told the rest.

Not only was said unidentified object a suture they'd not old me they put in but, I was also told I needed a root canal, a gum exam (before they could seek the insurance authorization that I thought was already pending) and multiple fillings (expected but, I should have been told)! Let's make something perfectly clear: ROOT CANALS ARE DANGEROUS AND NOT RECOMMENDED AS THE DEAD TOOTH THEY LEAVE IN YOUR MOUTH IS FILLED WITH A TOXIC MATERIAL WHICH CAN SEEP INTO YOUR MOUTH! Had I ever been told they wanted to do a root canal, I would have had them extract that tooth when they extracted the others! Now, I'll need to endure yet another extraction!

More than three months later, I received a call to schedule the now-greater number of fillings than what I'd been told about and was told that they'd still not sought authorization for the deep cleaning! THEY STILL HAVEN'T REQUESTED IT!

A week after that call, which ended with the receptionist supposedly looking into the deep cleaning authorization, I received another call to schedule the root canal I didn't want. Again, they knew nothing of the deep cleaning. When the receptionist offered to let me talk to someone else, I simply informed her that would be unnecessary as I wouldn't be returning and would seek care elsewhere.

Jersey Dental is completely negligent and incompetent and patients should beware!

Side note: the dental hygienists are very friendly and great with kids but, the communication about my kids' care was almost as bad as that of mine. Funny how the number of fillings my 10-year-old needed grew within two weeks when he wasn't there!

I've always been terrified of the dentist. as well as, needles. The care and empathy that is given by staff and dr Pooja is magnificent. They take their time and make me and every patient I've referred feel secure, relieved, and make sure we we are okay throughout the visit. Highly recommend this office. First dentist I can go to within my 29 years of life calmer than ever. Love this dentist

Jersey Dental is a good dentist. I was disappointed yesterday because of the long wait, which was probably due to being short staffed. I am still satisfied with the professionalism they showed and I had my cleaning and saw the doctor in a little over a half hour.

The staff and the Doctors are amazing. The Dr., which I thought was an employee at the desk, was sitting upfront when I arrived. When it was time for me to be taken back, she then arrived with her lab coat to escort me back. I appreciated the gesture as it seemed personal and made an impression that she truly cares about her patients. Before doing anything, she asked me about the reason for my visit and my concerns. She had x-rays taken to make sure we were addressing every issue involving the health of my teeth. Although I was in pain, due to an abscess on the side of my gum, she was extremely gentle with the cleaning. She instructed me on how to properly care for my teeth, in order to keep this issue from reoccurring. I’m not to fond of the dentist, however, Dr. Pooja made it comfortable and inviting, which I truly appreciate.

I would never recommend this dental office for the follow reasons: the office manager barely is in the office to address concerns (terrible customer service), the Otho dentist was taking my son’s braces on and off (so no real progress) there wait time is ridiculous and they will take your money so fast.

I was there to accompany my mother on her appointment and I really liked that efficient and fast service, the place was very clean and its staff knows what customer service is, they also have very modern equipment and a very professional atmosphere. I'm glad to have this quality dental service in Burlington.

Been coming here for the past few years because my teeth need alot of work lol. The front desk is always friendly and helpful with scheduling and they will go over what is being done and the price if asked. Dr. Sekhon has been the dentist in charge of filling my cavities and she has done a great job. She's kind, explains what is going on, and what needs to be done. I also needed to have a few root canals done and neither them nor the fillings were bad or painful at all. The hardest part of it all is trying to rinse with a numb mouth lol. From start to finish each experience has been good and for one root canal that she couldn't quite do (due to it being a back molar in an odd spot) she scheduled for a specialist to do it at a later date but in the same building and he did a great job. This work is an ongoing process so indeed I'll be back and if anything should go bad, I'll update my review... But I really don't anticipate that.
