Love this place! First dentist office I have ever actually felt comfortable-- and that's saying a lot since I suffer from an anxiety disorder. They are all very kind and do excellent work. Front desk are just as great and wonderful, which is more than I can say for other dentist offices.

It is a rare event when I choose to fill out a survey or write a review. It's usually because something was extremely bad or unusually good - this is the good one! If you like people that are kind, thoughtful and good at their jobs, this is the place for you. They go out of their way to actually help you, explain things, deal with insurance and so on.
We all know how much fun it is to go to the dentist - NOT! But if you have to go, this is definitely the place to be.

I am a new client at Jersey Dental group. Today was my third visit. Thus far I have been impressed with the level of care provided. Processing has been punctual to your scheduled appointment. All personnel have been impressive with comforting the patient, making one feel comfortable and providing a superior level of care. Very enthusiastic

Very customer friendly environment... Staff is extremely personable and genuinely concerned about their clients... I forgot to take some photos, but they had just had their monthly kid inspired dental day...and they put up several kid friendly streamers hanging from the ceiling...as if it was a celebration for children to be there... very inviting!!! I'll take pictures next time... :-)

Very nice place! All the staff members are very friendly! I got a cleaning done by Jessica and she was great! Dr. Sekhon and her assistant Anu were also very pleasant during both of my procedures! Also very gentle and encouraging when I became nervous. Definitely helped with my fears of going to the Dentist! I felt absolutely NO pain! I highly recommend!

This has been a very awesome experience i went thru. From phone calls to text messages to reminders it was excellent . Even all the young ladies at the front desk and the young lady i met today who did a great job on my teeth . I really feel bad because just that quick I forgot the young ladies names. . But overall this will officially be a place to call my dentist . I give this company 5 start rating. hopefully Ill recommend everyone to come get there teeth check out . thank you ladies and Jersey Dental Group for a great opportunity to get my teeth healthy .

So this was my initial visit. I was already comfortable because I was a dental assistant once. Front desk was patient and kind.
The usual X-rays and exam was performed. Hygienist Alicia was superb and most importantly - professional. She explained every step she was doing.
The doctor came in to exam. She was very clear and concise. Perfect. I need a few things done. My first appt for work is next month. Looking forward to it.
I gave it four stars but will more than likely give five after the next visit.

Horrible Customer Service!
I was recommended to this place by a friend who had a good experience. The recommendation was for a specific Hygienist and Doctor. I couldn't get those specific people for one and a half months. My appointment was finally here three days ago. I walk in the office early so I could fill out the new patient paperwork. The front desk receptionist told me that the Hygenist called out today and that the office manager put me in with someone different. I asked her what my notes said and she said it was specifically written in there about my request.
Needless to say, I was not happy! I took off from work early for this appointment that was made one and a half months ago. I walked out and immediately called to talk with the manager, Aida. I asked for some type of compensation for my time that I missed at work. I told her that someone could at least have called to inform me of this in the morning to give me a choice of keeping the appointment or not and NOT losing money from taking off from work. She said she didn't think they could give me a discount and would talk to her boss and let me know the next day. No call from her the next day!
I called the office to get the head honchos contact info and he is only available by email. I emailed him. His response was NO discounts and he totally stuck up for his office manager.
I, of course, will not got back to them nor will my friend who recommended me. Furthermore, with a bad experience and being so frustrated, I have expressed my feelings to lots of locals already. Please take caution when you make your appointment with a particular person at this office.

This was my first visit and the facility was clean. They practiced all Covid-19 precautions. The staff was very pleasant and polite. The dentist and hygienist listened to all of my concerns. Then explained their findings to me and gave me the best course of action for my dental needs. I would gladly recommend this practice to all my family and friends. Great office and atmosphere.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly at Jersey Dental. I had a great experience with Dr. Pooja. All my needs were met in a timely manner and everyone went above and beyond to take care of me. I would recommend this group for your dental needs.
