Dr. Clemons was accused of discrimination against an autistic child. He was rude and very unprofessional. On top of smoking in the clinic area! I would never recommend this clinic or dentist to anyone!

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was also very friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease especially through the xray process. She made suggestions on how I can better take care of my teeth between cleanings. The dentist was friendly and make recommendations on other work I may want done in the future to prevent issue with my teeth later in life. This was my first visit and I would recommend them.

It was so terrific to be at a dentist office where you feel confident on getting the right treatment, the entire staff was very busy handing the clients one at a time in a very safe and professional manner, the front doors were clean, and everyone followed all rules that this facility has in plac due to the pandemic we're facing everyday, It was extremely great and I would tell the entire world how pleased I was thank you Burlington Jersey Dental! Thanks to the great dentist on this site Im happy and cant wait to return for my oral needs

We are new to Cloverhealth Medicare/Dentaquest. Called in December and could not get an appt until March. We were put on wait list for an earlier appt. Unfortunately. I developed a dental abscess on 1/2, could not get an appointment - however, I received a wait list notice and was able to be seen on 1/6. Was seen first by a dental hygienist who did full mouth x-rays, told me I had horrible periodontal disease (no surprise, I see a perio every four months). She also did a complete exam and wanted to clean my teeth (I was really in too much pain for that so I refused). I was finally seen by the dentist (actually, she and the hygienist reviewed the x-rays for most of the time) and she performed a cursory exam. Because of my comorbid conditions, the dentist told me I would need a medical clearance prior to seeing endodontist. I received no treatment that day (first time I have ever left a dental office with an abscess where nothing was done!) and, in fact, the front desk person would not make an appt for the endodontist until they got approval from the insurance. Since that time, I have received a claim denial for something which was submitted as "unspecified dental procedure" (not sure what that is but the billing person leaves something to be desired if this is how they code) and an approval for root canal but denial for the cap which has to be removed to do the procedure. I got a call yesterday from Demaris who told me that they had received my medical clearance and approval to "fill your cavity"; I told her that I was waiting for the endodontist. She asked if I was seeing Dr. Clemons at that office (I had assumed so) and then told me that the replacement crown was not covered. I asked if they were appealing this decision and she told me that it was better if I did that (????). I woud think a dental insurer would prefer to speak with a dental provider to discuss a claim rejection. So I still have no appointment for the endo and I guess I will be waiting for another two weeks for the insurance decision. I get the feeling that this group is fine if you have no real dental problems - God help us who do!

I have Extreme anxiety to the point where I start shaking at the dentist from my panic attacks and I also have bad tartar buildup on my teeth I had a deep cleaning with Alicia and I cannot express how amazing she was she went above and beyond to explain everything to me to answer every question to make sure I was OK and comfortable. It was such a good experience I will only go to her from now on to have my teeth cleaned I highly recommend requesting her if you need a cleaning or scaling. I gave the review four stars because it does take a while to get an appointment and tooth discomfort is extreme so I can understand needing to get in right away so that’s the only downside.

My 6 yo had a very bad experience at her previous dentist but Jersey Dental has been so great with her dental care that she has overcome her fears. The staff are very gentle with her and calming. I absolutely love this dentist office I can go on and on.

Also , the waiting time is very short , the office is always clean and comfortable.

My first appointment ended up being the best appointment at any dentist office I've had in a very long time! They made me beyond comfortable the very moment I walked in until the moment I walked out. They are extremely quick and precise!!! The wait time was no more than 20 minutes max. The dental assistants are very friendly and welcoming! My dentist was just as professional. I could go on and on about this dental office! Don't second guess it set-up your appointment and you won't be disappointed. I went in expecting one thing like most of us usually do but I was not disappointed at all.

Wonderful practice. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. The nurses were reassuring. Dr. Nero spoke to my 10 year old directly and put her at ease. This practice reminds me of a small town practice where they actually know your name. I highly recommend.

I have decided to amend my positive review of them being sensitive to people with anxiety and sensory processing issues because not only was I kicked out because they couldn't get their nitrous equipment to work properly and I was crying quietly during the beginning of a root canal, but also was kicked out with a bracket still in my mouth.

I kept telling them I had something in my mouth, and they kept telling me to just rinse my mouth with water and leave. I kept insisting they look inside my mouth. Finally, the endodontist sees the bracket, says, "We need that." and rips it out of my mouth.

They left me without a dentist. I had to go somewhere else for a root canal, and THEY did it incompletely, which caused even more issues for me. That place ALSO kicked me out for crying. Not freaking out and screaming, for shaking and crying. I would avoid all of their branches if you have an anxiety disorder or sensory processing issues. They don't care. They will blame you.
