THE WORST front desk. Unorganized and disrespectful. Claimed they sent to the insurance company for authorization BUT when i had to follow-up myself the insurance company never received a request. Had already been waiting for two months with a tooth ache when i had to do my own follow-up. Good luck with this place.

IGNORE ALL BAD COMMENTS! I just got a root canal from Dr. Lee and it was the most painless and calming dental experiences I've EVER had. Her and her dental assistant Debra were both extremely patient and kind. I went in anxious over getting the tooth work done and left feeling positive over the experience and future experiences down the line. 10/10 Definitely recommend!

The ladies at the front desk are terrible. The with held my dental records from me which is illegal and when they finally sent them to me they were screenshots and not digital. They are unprofessional and rude. Also this place has no open availability if you want to change your appointment you need to wait 3 months for a new one to pop up. They have you sitting in the waiting room longer than your schedule appointment as well. Go here if you want a headache. I would not recommend especially because the front desk is super unprofessional. The head dentist should fire them all.

I don’t normally take the time to post reviews, but I had to here after so many disappointments at this place.
Tried many times giving this place a shot, the majority of the time the desk people have attitudes, they change your appointment on you If you don’t confirm 2 days before the appointment.
Issues with their admin side and getting scheduled for more detail service that took almost a year. My insurance service people ended up confronting the office person and recommending I find another dentist office.
Hygienist are nice lovely people
But the front desk people should be replaced

I don't know what happened to this place. They used to be professional, but not anymore.
I had an appointment for my cavity to be filled, but when I arrived, Dr. Nash said he wouldn't take my appointment and just to go home and floss. Unbelievable. I am not the first patient, Dr. Nash has turned away simply because he didn't feel like working.
On top of that, I scheduled my cleaning appointment 6 months ago, and they called me the day before to tell me that the hygienist would be absent that day, and I'd have to wait another 4 months!
This place has gone downhill, I will be seeking a new dentist.

If I could give this office a negative star rating I would. Jersey Dental Group would not recommend to ANYONE !!! I’ve never in my life reported a doctor or dentist. But today is the day !!! This unprofessional dentist office and dentist (Dr. Clemens) really told me "If my son (Julian) has Autism he needs to go somewhere else.”Told him if he was going scream or cry he could leave right now !!! All of this within maybe 10 minutes of the appointment. I tried to explain to him my son has Autism and he has to talk him through things. He proceeded to be very rude and disgusting. We’ve been through approvals to get to this appointment…we just were here January 27th, I informed his assistant of his diagnosis, so she would know better how to deal with him. I specified this as I always do , so everyone understands how to deal with him. The office manager Chong was no help either. Everyone acted nonchalant, as if this is how the dentist. Shortly after we leave he comes outside to smoke a cigarette and sit in his car. Didn’t come out to apologize or try to make things right at all. I drove an hour away to the appointment for my son to be mistreated and discriminated against !!!

Really appalled by the service I got from a tech here. She refused to stop talking about politics. I don't usually care that much and I understand people have different opinions but she wouldn't let it go. After I left she looked up my social media and started to send me very insane posts. My experiences with this dental office have been pretty good. My child sees the Orthodontist (Dr. Nero) and he is great with my son. He's professional and friendly, my son is comfortable with him and so am I. Today my son had to have 3 teeth extracted because of crowding and the woman who worked with him was fantastic! My son was really nervous but she comforted him and the procedure was pretty fast. My questions are always answered and the entire staff is kind, caring and professional.

Now I usually do not write reviews unless I strongly feel great or terrible about a service. In this case, it is both! This is for the Burlington location.
This was our family dentist for a couple of years until our return recently. Dr. Pooja and her dental assistants are amazing, courteous, and respectful; Dr. Pooja is very educative and patient. She was able to work with my mother through her language barrier.
The great gets a tad bit overshadowed due to the horrid interactions with some of the front staff. I have noted TWO in particular seem to have an passive aggressive attitude every interaction I have had with them. There are internal jokes and conversations held during patient check-ins; not in in normal sense but rather leaving one feeling very uncomfortable. I have interrupted this indirect conversations about why my mother was seen as an emergency due to her gum pain (apparently this was a joke). I observed this behavior with several other patients while waiting in the waiting room.
However, the dental work of the well mannered dentists and the assistants keep us coming back! I hope this practice can resolve that as all other services are excellent otherwise!

I had two bad experiences with two different dental offices the last several years and not sure what to expect when I walked into this office. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place due to the ongoing pandemic as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Really want to say that I appreciated my hygienist, Celeste. Just having a recent procedure done, she knew to wait for a cleaning...again I was impressed. I recommend this office if you are looking for a place.
