I came to try and arrange a cash discount for paying in cash for the treatment plan that had already been created.
Not only did you not agree to accepting the free that you would receive via the Vantage agreement you have and help me save some money but you charged me $100 for being inflexible.
I won't be back and i will be very vocal about why.

Everyone at Bear canyon is friendly and accomadating. Dr. Montes and her team are professional, and they do a wonderful job at explaining and providing treatment plans. I've been receiving dental care from Bear Canyon since the beginning of the year and am very happy with the my experience and outcome.

Have had some pretty awful experiences in the past with dentist visits, this place was the complete opposite! Dr. Montes was great in my initial exam, and walked me through each step of my treatment plan and different options, explaining the timeline, cost comparisons as well as effectiveness of the options down the road. It was nice to have everything explained that way with many different options laid out. The hygienist Thomas was fast, and professional during my deep clean / root planing and I was actually surprised to have such a painless experience! Kim and Michael at the reception desk always seem fun, positive and professional. Even with all the covid stuff going on the whole place seemed on point.

The staff here are very kind and very good at their craft, I trust them with doing good work. However, they seem to be severely understaffed when it comes to actual dentists, and so the wait time between when the cleaning finishes and when the doctor comes in have reached up to forty five minutes for me. My dentist, Dr. Blum, is very kind and skilled in her work though.

I moved to ABQ during the pandemic and hadn't been to the dentist since 2019. This was what I was looking for. My hygienist (Amy?) was great. They did x-rays, photos, and a good scrubbing.

I have been going to bear canyon for about 6 years and have seen many doctors, some definitely better than others but the doctors on staff now seem to be friendly and highly competent. They’ve recently acquired this new technology that maps your entire mouth right in front of you which is really cool and allows for better care according the the doctors. The front desk people are also really friendly!

I've been coming here for years and I never have any problems. The staff is friendly and the rates are fair. Free coffee and a calm atmosphere makes me feel good when I'm here ❤
Edit to add: I went in for routine cleaning and really appreciated the measures that were taken to protect against Covid-19. Masks required for all employees and clients, hand sanitizer available and required and all rooms sanitized after each appointment. I could really feel how much they cared.

I recently moved back to ABQ and have now gone to Bear Canyon Family Dentistry for two cleanings. I’ve had the two best cleanings and the most detailed exam ever. I didn’t know what I was missing before at other offices until I came here. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist are the best of the best. I highly recommend this practice for quality dental care.
