Katrina is my dental hygienist. She is a "gem". She is now working at this practice full time, was at another facility half time, and I switched dental offices so I could keep her as my hygienist.
I met my new dentist, Dr. Montes. I was impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner. Very knowledged.
I felt extremely comfortable and at ease at this new office. Everyone (all staff) were very warm and welcoming.

I would recommend Dr. Blum and her staff 100%. I had a horrible experience at another dental office which left me very anxious about any dental work. Thomas did amazing work on my teeth which left me with minimal pain and worry. The office staff is courteous and helpful and don’t make you feel as if you’re a bother.

This is only the second time I write a review about services received but after reading Mia’s review, I felt compelled to share my personal experience with Dr. Greinel-Blum. I have wanted Invisalign, however after a thorough exam, Dr. Greinel-Blum advised me not to pursue this treatment. Since Dr.Green, who has left Bear Cayon Family Dental two years ago did not treat ortho cases and keeping in mind that Mark is a dental hygienist who doesn’t possess the credentials or expertise to diagnose or treat dental procedures, I obtained a second opinion from a local orthodontist outside Bear Cayon Family Dental. This orthodontist concurred with Dr.Greinel-Blum’s assessment & recommendation. I applaud Dr. Greinel-Blum’s honesty & professionalism in not pushing a treatment that was not in my best interest. Her integrity is formidable! I have been seeing her for four years, although she has been practicing for over 10 years and highly recommend her to my friends. I will continue to see her as my dentist because I trust her expertise.

I called to make an appointment because I was having a bad tooth ache and I told the receptionist that I used to see Dr Mason so that is who I would like to see and she said he was only available today so I said ok and when I got there I didn't get Dr Mason. The lady I got I guess bought the practice from him she took about 1hour to see me and when she did it took 1 minute she put a mirror in my mouth and said I can't help you hear you have to go see an oral surgeon she seemed to rush me out the door almost so I had to pay $64.00 for nothing. I have always been terrified of the dentist and Dr Mason was the best ever I will never go back to bear canyon dentistry again I wasted an hour of work and $64.00 dollars. However the dental assistant I can remember his name he had an eyebrow piercing was very nice and super cool he made me feel comfortable and at ease he rocks the dentist not so much though.

I had a lapse in dental coverage. The office manager offered their new patient special which included a full set of state of the art X-rays, cleaning and exam so had minimal out of pocket costs. A little good will goes a long way to build the customer relationship and loyalty. Thanks Kim

I was referred to Dr. Greene by my Dentist for an evaluation. I had a very good visit with very little time spent waiting, and a pleasant staff. Dr. Greene was very thorough, finding some things my regular dentist had missed. He also referred to several places for a 2nd opinion. I was very satisfied with his work and I will continue to use their practice in the future.

Dr. Mason is the best dentist I have ever had. Professional low key and common sense. He works quickly and very effectively. I have been with Dr. Mason for 10 years and have referred five of my friends to his dentistry and they agree too. Liz and Marc are very good hygienists.

When I lost my job and was on the precipice of having some serious dental issues, they did almost 6k worth of work pro Bono with the agreement to come in regularly for cleanings after. Everyone is kind and friendly, work is top notch, and they clearly care deeply about the health of the abq community. Dr. Blum is amazing and we are lucky to have her here.
