I work hard caring for my teeth. I floss & brush twice a day, I have a water pic and use an electric toothbrush. , but no one in the entire office had anything nice to say about my efforts. The oral hygienist said Nothing positive...i had no bleeding, one #5 pocket that was healed. It is a shame your people don't know how to treat customers. , when people work hard and don't get stroked a little they won't come back.

Everyone at Bear Canyon was--is--friendly and helpful. The person who gave me Novocain was an expert, because I didn't feel a bit of pain from the process. I particularly like and approve of Dr. Blum's approach to dentistry: Using her training and experience, she can foresee that a tooth (#20, for instance, in my case) will soon be having problems, so she put a crown on it before the tooth gave me difficulties. It's called being proactive, and the consequence is that those difficulties never come up. Bravo!

If you want to throw money away then this is the place for you!!! They have consistantly made mistakes just so we had to return and spend more money. My husbands "permanent" crown fell off three times and the fourth time he went in to have it pyt back on they determined that they had done it wrong and that we would have to pay to have a new one.
My daughter went in to have a tooth bonded and ended up back there twice because the bonding fell off and then the tech numbed up the wrong side amd we had to pay for the correct side to be numbed if she couldn't handle the pain.
It used to be a great place when the old dentists were there but not anymore.

I'm new from Las Cruces and I'm so glad I found this dentistry. The front staff was helpful and the hygienist, Cheryl, was sensitive to my wimpy attitude...and funny, so she calmed my nerves. Dentist was a real sweetheart and professional. I'll be there every 6 months!
