I really feel my review would be a lot better if I would’ve had a better experience when I scheduled. Tish is one of the rudest receptionist, pcc’s, csc’s I’ve ever dealt with. First off when she answers the phone she is not friendly, she gets rude. When I mentioned I was returning a call she placed me on hold, I then a few minutes later asked if I can place her on hold for 1 minute and she said “ is there a better time for you to call me?” Like… what???? And then I told her it would take one second, it took just that, I asked for a Monday or Friday and she said with bad tone we only work until Thursday… I said okay so Monday. I said mid afternoon and she told me her next available was Monday but at 9 and that’s all she had. At this point i was upset, I said “ what was your name again?” She told me and then she said “ i can do an 11:00”… I took the appointment. But, why did i have to basically beg to be seen by your office. The staff needs to be checked because I also work front desk and I’ve never been so rude to anyone. You are the face of the company and you made them look miserable and like a place i wouldn’t want to call to make an appointment with again just so I have to encounter this lady.

I have lots of anxiety going into the dentist office and let me tell you I just got home from my appointment and everyone at this practice was very professional, kind, and friendly. I was able to make my appointment online late last night while in pain and be seen the next morning! Thank you all so much, I’ll be going back to them for dental care from now on.

The place to go for dentistry (especially for kids/teens). They are always fantastic! They explain everything to make sure you have a positive and pain free visit. Super friendly staff and extremely clean environment. Dr. Blum is absolutely amazing and makes all of our dental visits so much better.

I am a retired hygienist, and am extremely picky with my dental care. Amy my hygienist is through and very gentle. I saw work that Dr. Montes did on my daughter, so when we moved to New Mexico I knew my husband and I would be going to Bear Canyon Dentistry. The entire staff is great. Highly highly recommend this practice!

I have been going to Bear Canyon for over 10yrs because they are such an enjoyable and competent dentistry. They use the most modern equipment, and all the staff are very caring and competent. Doc Carissa in particular is spectacular - I once needed emergency care just before an overseas trip and she made room in her schedule to see me and had me taken care of the same day. I left on my trip worry-free as scheduled thanks to her! Love this place! Never thought I’d say that about the dentist, but I really look forward to my checkups. The staff is friendly and helpful, Dr. Blum is amazing and really makes you feel comfortable and takes her time to explain things. Would highly recommend if your searching for a new dentist!

The staff at Bear Canyon Dentistry is fantastic! Everyone I've encountered is friendly and welcoming. The scheduling was easy and they were always very accommodating ( I had to call and reschedule a few times due to my own conflicts). Several weeks prior to my scheduled appointment I received a friendly reminder. Another reminder a couple of weeks later and again a few days prior and on the day of. The staff is really on top of it. The check in process was quick and easy. I had arrived about 10min early and waited only a few minutes before being seen by the hygeniest. He was friendly, thorough, and efficient. I just had a routine cleaning so the whole thing was pretty quick. Another great experience for me! The price was reasonable and the care was great. Highly recommend this office to anyone!
