Bear Canyon Family Dentistry

I’ve been going to Bear Canyon Dentistry for a few years now and have always had a wonderful experience. Every hygienist I see at Bear Canyon Dentistry is always very sweet, professional, knowledgeable and great at performing their job in a quick and easy manner.
The front staff are always very welcoming and approachable.
Doctor Blum is the dentist I usually see. She is extremely nice and knows her stuff!
Overall, the staff make the whole dreadful going to the dentist experience very quick and enjoyable.

Dr. Montes is a real professional and the best dentist I have ever had. I am so pleased with her work and I have recommended her to others because I believe in her. Everyone is great too and really know their job. Appreciate the precautions taken to keep everyone safe. Excellent experience everytime I go there.

Everyone here is so nice. They take all the Covid precautions and go above and beyond felt very safe here. They care about your health and feel like apart of a family. They are my family’s new dentist love them! 💓

If you prefer a "money mill" dentist office you found the right spot! In my opinion this practice is not about dentistry. Rather how can will bill for profit. No need to go into details. It's simply a profit center billing insurance for procedures not needed. Good luck with this business practice. Others will catch on to the scam

Have had nothing but positive experiences here! The staff is friendly, and polite! Very clean and welcoming environment. Dr. Blum personally called me on a Saturday to confirm my appointment and called me after my dentistry work to make sure I was doing okay so that everything was great for my upcoming wedding! It made me feel like a very valued customer. Thank you, bear canyon dentistry!

I didn’t feel like I got a good teeth cleaning. Usually it feels a lot more thorough. This time it felt like the hygienist cleaned a tooth here and a tooth there and before I knew it she was polishing my teeth. If my teeth were so clean that they didn’t require much cleaning, then she should have pointed it out. Also, I know the hygienist is trying to be friendly when she asks about my family, what am I doing tonight, what am I doing for the holidays, etc but it was too much. I really don’t want to share information about myself with someone I don’t know. I would rather have listened to her describe the condition of my teeth. Did recession increase? Are there any new issues I should be aware of or pay attention to? If no, then tell me. Also, I didn’t appreciate the chit-chat between the hygienist and other staff when she was in middle of applying sealants, it makes me feel like she’s distracted or bored with the job at hand. I should mention too that when I was in the waiting room, the bug sprayer came in and was spraying along the baseboards. I did not appreciate being exposed to pesticides. Aside from this, the office was decorated very tastefully for the holidays and it felt very nice and inviting when I walked in. The receptionist was very cheerful and friendly and I enjoyed my interaction with her. The office was immaculate, as were the bathrooms, not a speck of dust anywhere. It was very impressive.

The visit was the highlight of my day. It's unusual for a dentist visit to be enjoyable. My temperature was tested and off we went. They really cared about me and discussed all options including those that saved me money. The staff starting with the doctor were professional and kind.
Of course they miss me so much they arranged for me to come back next week.

The front desk was really helpful. When I got there they had all my paperwork I needed was ready and Mike was very friendly. Also my hygienist was amazing I really recommend Katrina to take care of all your hygiene health. My teeth feel amazing and clean.

So glad I found this place. Both doctors and hygienists really explain things. They've been much better about not hurting me than other places.

Update August 2019: still love 'em!

Update April 2021: Natalia did my cleaning, and it didn't hurt at all! I get so scared about going to the dentist, it is such a relief to have found this practice.

Update June 2022: Tristan did my cleaning and it was a pain-free experience 😀 I did have to get some fillings. After the initial numbing injection, I didn’t feel a thing! So much better than my experiences elsewhere.
