(Wed. 7/14/21 @ 4PM). Visited Desert Ridge Dental on Paradise Blvd (NW ABQ NM) today to have a gold (dental) crown re-cemented.
I was greeted warmly upon arriving (by Ms Blanca) and only waited a handful of minutes until the dental tech (Ms "Dee") called my name to be 'treated'. After her pleasant greeting and the required (forehead) temperature check, I was escorted to the Treatment Room.
Thanks to Blanca, "Dee", and Dr Rogers for getting the crown back in place and doing it with extreme professionalism! 👏👏👏

Desert Ridge Dental has been my dentist of choice for the last 1.5 years. From day one they have been very friendly and professional. The ladies at the front desk always greet me and sign be sign as I'm walking in the front door and have my next check up appointment ready for me before I leave the chair. It's nice they have tv's and music in the rooms to help relax. I have no complaints. Thanks again DRD!

Every experience I have had at desert ridge dental has been nothing but wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. I had not been to the dentist in years and it was quite nerve wracking to go back but it needed to be done. They made me feel so comfortable and made the visit easy while listening to my favorite music. Within 4 months of having my braces it is amazing the work they have done and the progress is unbelievable. I can not wait to see my beautiful smile when they are off 😆 something I have never been able to do. Nothing beats 6 month braces!!!!!

Run from this company. Have been dealing with the poor quality and shoddy work from a dentist who decided to sell his company in the middle of my dental work, without notice, since 2015. 4 posts, 2 are going to cause problems later cause there is no support for them, their emergency contact after hours is a joke, had a post come out and took 4 hours for them to get back to me. Come to find out, none of the posts were tightened down. If I could, I would give a negative 5 star. Now it's going to cost even more out of pocket for me to get them fixed right. No thanks to them. They suck.

Dr. Williams and his staff are by far the best team of professionals I have ever encountered. They are all very friendly, flexible and they do amazing work. I highly recommend this place for everything dental. I got six month braces and my teeth are beautifu!
