The Staff at Neighborhood Smiles are very friendly and professional - they are well trained, listen to your concerns & are there to serve you. I've always felt welcome and at ease in their office. Dr. Tim Rauch is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! He is genuine, great sense of humor, listens, & offers solutions in a very understandable way. And now Dr. Gretchen Kelley has joined the office which is a clear sign that Neighborhood Smiles is growing because they are successful in meeting their patients' needs. I recommend their office to all my friends.

One of the best dental experiences by far! My 3 year old son had strange sores on his tongue for weeks, not even his pediatrician could figure out what they were. I took him in to see Dr. Williams. Right away I noticed how friendly all the staff was and the high tech equipment they used. There were TVs in the room and they put on cartoons for my son. He felt right at home! Dr. Williams made a wonderful positive experience for my son and was able to diagnose his sores and got him an Rx which cleared them up the next day. I am so grateful to Dr. Williams and all the staff for creating a wonderful experience for my son and myself. Highly recommend!

I recently complete my 6 month braces, although it took 7 months 13 days due to my teeth needed a little more time. I had to get a tooth pulled at the bottom to help with crowding, and a couple fillings done. I was so afraid of the dentist, I was sedated for my deep cleaning, fillings, and placement of my braces. The entire presses from start to finish was amazing! Monica was my dental assistant that handled all my tightening and any other issue that came up during my process. She was great and knew her stuff. I do not have one bad thing to say about my entire process!! Highly recommend. I will be taking my daughter to them for all her dental needs as well

My fear of the dentist is justified-as a child my dentist was barbaric. After years of avoiding a dentist no matter what, I found myself in serious need of proper dental care. I white knuckled each visit making myself physically ill. When I moved to Albuquerque 12 years ago, I randomly selected a new dentist. Within a year I fired the dentist but discovered Julie, who I now consider my personal dental hygienist! She is caring, thorough, professional and gentle. Because of her, I took a personal interest in my dental care. She left the dental office-I followed her! When she was offered a better opportunity, I followed her yet again-this time to Desert Ridge Dental. Julie has become a friend as well as my "personal dental hygienist." Thank you Julie for restoring my trust and faith in dentistry!
