Desert Ridge Dental

The staff is excellent. Friendly and professional. Dentist has great chairside manner and seems to care for his patients and no see dollar signs but earnestly care. I have recommended and will continue to do so.

I don't like going to the doctor or dentist but desert ridge dental is definitely not just an ordinary office, they treat you like family. I'm not the easiest patient to work on but all the staff and high tech equipment made me feel comfortable and it was a worry free visit. It's great that they offer sedation for treatment because there's not many offices that do.

FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!
If there was a zero star option, I'd use it, and that would still be too high. I was late for a September to get four (4) filings @ $552.12, so they canceled me. Amazing, I have waited for a dentist many times and did not cancel. Guess when Rogers bought the practice, the service and customer service went waaaay down. Well, I quit the good doctor after that; interesting, I got a nasty email from the office admin telling me she had "graciously" waived my $50.00 missed appt fee. Well, I did find a new (and much better) dentist, and guess what..... the four (4) cavities I had were no longer there.... guess the good new doctor just needed to pad his income....... be careful, obviously, this firm uses fraud to pad their services. BE SURE TO GET 2ND OPINION BEFORE YOU LET ROGERS DO ANY WORK.....

Fabulous dental Group... I'm greatful to have used both dentists at this location and they are fabulous. They're great with crowns, detecting necessary cavities, they are very trustworthy. Very well trained.

Very efficient. Dillon the hygienist was so friendly but professional. Made sure I was comfortable and did a great job on my teeth. It’s so close and convenient too!

Best dentist and staff, ever! Super dedicated, extremely thorough and I was extremely pleased with their ease of scheduling. I purchased 6 month braces through Dr. Rauch and I could not be happier with the results. These people went out of their way to offer the best service and ensure I was happy throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Dr. Rauch for finagling my snaggle teeth; and to Monika, who at one point gave me her cell and offered to come in on a Saturday to take my braces off. Who does that, right?! They're just too incredible.

So this has been the most amazing dental experience in my entire life, I'll leave it at that for those who want a quick review. Feel free to read on for my full review!

I have an extreme fear of the Dentist. To the point where I went in for x-rays a week ago and I started crying. My anxiety rose quite a bit more when I saw the actual dentist and he wanted to discuss removing my wisdom teeth and doing fillings.
I was like, "what the heck I just went in because I had a sore gum and now you're wanting to cut me open and drill into my teeth?"
Needless to say I've never had a pleasant experience at a Dentist because when my anxiety kicked up it was a usual "everyone does it" "you'll be fine" "you have no reason to be scared."
BUT LET ME TELL YOU!
At Desert Ridge Dental they made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in. They let me stand at the front desk and talk to them so I didn't have to sit down and start stirring up anxiety before I was even in the chair. We talked about the most random things, they made me laugh. And they use my name in a very comfortable way. Everyone there has a great spirit and such a bright personality, and that's great for a Dentist Office, because there is such thing as Mood Transfer, and my anxiety couldn't help but to be held at a lower scale than I'm used to.
AND THEN GET THIS
So I met Dr.Rogers, he was the one who proceeded with my dental exam last week. And he stood with me in my anxiety. He validated my fears. He actually listened to why I was afraid of the dentist (which linked back to childhood when I swear my dentist was some sort of WWE Wrestler and jammed those needles into my gum like I was no match for him).
Dr.Rogers HEARD my concerns about hearing the equipment be used, and my extreme fear of feeling pain during the wisdom teeth extractions and fillings. And you know what this guy did? This guy talked me through everything. He gave me all my options. He told me he would do everything in his power to make me as comfortable as possible. And for the first time, I actually felt safe and comfortable at the dentist. Don't get me wrong, I was still terrified of the wisdom tooth extraction and fillings, but I felt 100% comfortable in the hands of Dr.Rogers.
So we ended up scheduleding for the following week to get all this work done. My anxiety was pretty sky high during this particular appointment. But they made me comfortable and EXPLAINED everything that I wanted explained to me, and if I needed a minute they gave me a minute. I got in the chair, they put a super comfy blanket on me, a BP cuff and O2 sat on my finger. And then they started the IV because they have IV sedation and that's what I decided was the best option for me .
I was dehydrated because I had to follow some fasting rules, and as a result it was a little difficult finding a vein. And this is when my anxiety took hold. I started freaking out.
But Dr.Rogers knew this might happen because he LISTENED TO MY FEARS the week prior at the exam, and already had a shot of an anti-anxiety med on standby. He offered it as an option, I graciously accepted. And he gave me 10 minutes for it to kick in. He proceeded to find a vein and from there the rest is non-existent because I was sedated. I woke up pain free. Today is day 1 after this procedure and not to lie I am sore, but they gave amazing tips for pain management which has really helped, and even prescribed me some pain medicine.
AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I feel like I will still be anxious when going to the dentist, I don't know how long I'll have that fear, but I know it's still there.
HOWEVER I feel completely safe and trust Desert Ridge Dental to make me as comfortable and pain free as they possibly can. I love these guys. They even have TV's stationed over every bed WITH NETFLIX. And there is MUSIC UPON REQUEST. These guys are doing it right. Now I haven't met all the dentists and dental hygienists at Desert Ridge Dental, but based on the similar personality traits within the office I would feel comfortable with anyone there .

I have been a dental patient shortly after they have opened... I could not express enough that all staff are wonderful. I have my teeth cleaned regularly, I have had whitening done and never have I had any problems with this office!! I highly recommend Desert Ridge Dental.
