I come to Desert Dental for one reason....Julie...she does a great job cleaning and taking care of all of my needs....she really does put the patient first....with that being said everyone there is nice and friendly and helpful. Thank you Julie for always taking care of me!!!

I called in February to make an appt with their office since they cancelled my appt last year but they were only able to give me an appt at the end of April because of their severely limited hours. The office waited to tell me 2 days before my appt that they did not accept my insurance, despite me responding to their message 1 week before. Very poor communication from staff.

Everyone was extremely kind, gentle and supportive. I felt like my terror was understood and that all measures would be taken to give me a good experience. Dee was fabulous, as were Dr Rogers and Beverly. I remember very little, just enough to know I wasn’t in pain or afraid. And the work done exceeded my expectations. It looks very real. I’d go back in a heartbeat.

Okay so here's the deets:
I didn't want braces at 23 but I wanted them for my self-esteem and my co-worker referred this place. So I went in for a consultation at the beginning on 2015 and ended up committing and starting in August. When I first started, the practice was run by a different dentist who left for California one month into my braces. At first I was apprehensive and a little disgruntled because I felt that I had been duped. However, one thing stayed the same, Monika. The entire journey has been great having her by my side. She is always personable, fun, and caring. She's always addressed all of my concerns and taken them seriously. She feels like family to me now. Oh and a plus side, you'd have a workout buddy if you needed one!
It doesn't stop there though, the front desk staff is absolutely wonderful. They always address me by first name, ask about my weekend, and ruin my diet with their amazing cookies. Haha I really do love those ladies.
Of course Dr. Roger's talent speaks for itself. There has been numerous times where I didn't think anything was changing with my teeth. I've been frustrated and honestly threw tantrums like a child. With that being said, Dr. Roger's has never let that stop him from delivering great results. He's stayed patient but firm in his decisions. He doesn't buckle under patients unreasonable demands and instead does what's best for the final outcome. I really appreciate that because I can be overbearing. Do not let his young face fool you, he's very knowledgeable! 😊

Went here earlier this year for an appt. and it was fine, but I called today to get my records transferred to my new location. The office manager/receptionist Beverly became very short and rude to me out of nowhere, and then proceeded to hang up on me mid-sentence before our conversation was finished - it was petty and unprofessional. Glad I've moved away from ABQ and have a new dentist where I'm at.

Awesome staff, super friendly, efficient and they explain everything. State of the art and updated equipment. I had an appointment right after my cleaning and the Hygeniest Made every effort to get me out on time without skimping in care.

This review is for my grandfather who doesn’t use a computer, but he would like to say this place treated him so well. The staff, the dr and everything was so much better than the dentists he has been to in the past. They explained EVERYTHING to him and gave him options.

I had a dental emergency (broken crown) today (06/09/2017) and I needed my tooth repaired ASAP. Despite it being a very busy Friday afternoon, they accommodated me. Because I am traveling in a few days they provided a temporary fix; however, I will get a permanent solution upon my return to NM. Everyone on staff extremely is friendly, competent and professional. I highly recommend their services/office.
