Desert Ridge Dental

My family and I were patients here for 9 years. Since Dr. Rauch was the owner. The last appointments earlier this year were a nightmare. A bridge got loose and I had to go in to have it re-cemented. I was treated by Dr. Mink (who is not my regular dentist) he was very inpatient during the procedure, I felt sensitivity and he gave me anesthetic giving me a shock. One of the worst pains I ever felt, like lava running through my nerves. I know this could happen, but it is weird it happened with this particular doctor. The shot left my cheek bruised for three weeks. Later, my daughter was seen by him (again, he was not our regular dentist) he was rude to my daughter and told her she had about 4 cavities in different areas of her mouth. I was never invited in the room to see the x-rays or to talk to Dr. Mink. Since he was rude to my daughter, we decided to let it go since we were in the process of moving out of town. Yesterday, my daughter went in with our new dentist and it turned out she has absolutely zero cavities! She was commended for having perfect, beautiful teeth! What's up Dr. Mink! On the other side, Dr. Rogers and all the dental hygienists are awesome, especially Jordan and Christina.

Always have the best experience at a dentist anytime I visit desert ridge dental I will continue to go there as long as they are in business excellent service never had a bad experience at this place ever I wish I could give them six stars

Such a wonderful place with wonderful staff that are understanding and are there for your best interests rather than their own! Doc is excellent and I felt quite welcome!

I will be scheduling 6 month regular visits (and making a 6 hour drive one way) because of these reasons: every member of the staff I met smiled, was friendly, helpful and professional; the office is equipped with the latest technology, the things that really made a difference for me was: the laughing gas made me less anxious and I had hardly any pain; they have tv's in the ceiling and I got to watch Netflix while they worked on my teeth and while I waited; they make their crowns in house; they use this mouth guard thing that keeps your tongue out of the way and helped suction stuff out; and Jacob Rogers is a great dentist. He made me feel at ease and he did a fantastic job. I listened to him interact with his other patients and he's just amazing!

I can't figure out how to leave another review. I just went to desert ridge dental for my second time. The dental hygienist I had was so gentle and kind, I usually hate getting my teeth cleaned because it hurts, but not this time. Dr. Rogers found 2 small cavities the last time I was there, (the dentist I was going to at a different dental office, wanted to put fillings in both cavities.) Dr. Rogers said we can wait and last visit even recommended some mouth wash to help strengthen my teeth and help prevent the cavities from growing. This time he had the hygienist put some stuff between the 2 cavities that should prevent them from growing. I also have a crown that's been sore, Dr. Rogers re checked the bite and also went the extra mile and put stuff on the gum line around the crown that's significantly reduced the pain.
My friends that go to different dentists said their dentists still have them bite on that disgusting purple goo to get the mold for the crown, then do a temporary crown, then have them come back and fit it. Dr. Rogers has a computer thing with a little thing he uses to take measurements and construct the crown right there. It's so fast and easy and less painful.
I'm always impressed with Dr. Rogers continuing education. He's learned botox to help with jaw problems, grinding and clenching, and even botox for headaches. He's up to date on all the most current methods and equipment. The whole office is kind, professional and it's such a new experience for me compared to all my dentists in the past. Superb dental office!

Dr.Rogers is nice and very thorough in discussing your dental health care. The staff are warm and friendly, plus the office is beautiful. OUR hygienist Julie Mobley is the best, as she offers her expertise in the field.

I went to the East Side location off Paseo with Dr Spencer Morgan. I have been there three times now and their staff is excellent and very gentle. Dr Morgan does a great job and is very friendly. He works very hard to make sure you have a comfortable informed visit.

First visit to this office. Very nice, clean dental office. Staff was very kind and professional. Overall great experience.

I like the TVs above the chairs. You can watch a movie while getting a cleaning. It also makes it easy to take my young son there to get a cleaning. The staff is always very kind and their process is very efficient; they get you in and out quickly and I’ve never had to wait in the waiting room.
